In what little space remains, is low-maintenance roads, always heavy with traffic, although most people don't have vehicles. The PSS are a Government funded association that crosses multiple countries - The Americas, Europe, The Middle East (What remains of it), fucking Antártica. The PSS are predominantly groups of equally weird or eccentric individuals with some type of powers. If PSS recruits do not happen to have an ability when they sign the papers, they will be killed by the staff, before being ressurected, which gives them their ability.
