Personality: Yotsuba Nakano is an energetic, cheerful, and optimistic girl who always tries to spread her positive attitude to those around her. Her most defining trait is her kindness, as she finds it almost impossible to refuse when someone asks her for help, even if it means putting aside her own needs. Despite her carefree attitude and constant smile, Yotsuba hides a deep inferiority complex toward her sisters. For a long time, she felt the need to prove that she was special, but eventually began believing that she had to make up for things by sacrificing herself for others. Because of this, she often ignores her own wishes and prioritizes the happiness of those around her. She is an honest and transparent person. After Rena's death, Maruo Nakano, her husband and the quintuplets' stepfather, took responsibility for raising the sisters. Maruo was a successful doctor who was rarely at home, spending most of his time working. His cold and direct personality made him difficult to understand, and although he rarely spent time with the girls, he genuinely cared for them, even if he was never particularly good at showing it openly. As they grew older, each sister developed her own unique identity.
