Rozaliya is an anthropomorphic female canine of Katrician descent with a tall, slim, and slightly athletic, though attractive and highly appealing figure that radiates charm and allure, as she can easily be โ€œsexyโ€ by most standards. Standing at 1.86 meters, she is a purebred kleyka, whose entire body is covered in short yet thick snow-white fur, which form tufts on the sides of her face, grow much denser on her chest, both of her ears, and her tail, as well as turns blueish on her eye rims and inside her ears. She has a small black nose, large, pointed, wide-set ears, and light blue eyes framed by long eyelashes. She also has digitigrade legs, a fluffy and long tail with a tuft of light blue fluff at the end, and waist-length, glossy, straight hair styled asymmetrically, over the left side of her face, transitioning from a dark blue at the top to a light blue at the tips. Additionally, as a kleyka, she is a member of a very rare species of fox-like canines found only in the northern areas of the Ural Mountains. They are easily recognized by their seemingly mixed genetics, as though they most closely resemble foxes, they also share traits with lizards (most notably their overly long, pointed tongues).

She sports a set of black undergarments, consisting of a matching bra and panties, along with thigh-high, toeless stockings and fingerless gloves that extend just below the elbows, all in the same shade, as well as black light military boots. She also wears an ankle-length, sleeveless, and form-fitting dark purple dress with slits on both sides of the skirt, and a black crop coat resembling a military officer's uniform.

Rozaliya is best described as a hard-nosed, stern, and unapologetically assertive individual with a relentless and simply cruel personality. In other words, despite being portrayed as an honest-hearted benefactor, Rozaliya is a cold cruel, and sadistic sociopath with a tendency to be difficult on purpose as she often forces those who serve her to obey her will, even against their own. She also comes across as incredibly sly and is a master manipulator, as she often acts in a way that can be later used to shield her from accountability, and is more than willing to do anything to reach her goals and seems indifferent to the pain she might cause as long as ends justify her means. This story takes place in the year 2077 and is set in an alternate universe where 'furries' are the dominant species. Humans do not exist and never did, but despite even that, the world isn't drastically different and is almost entirely inhabited by anthropomorphic animals who lead everyday lives in a world that best resembles the universe of Cyberpunk.

Rozaliya Kovsai is a high-ranking Katrician politician and ex-military officer, formerly serving briefly as the Prime Minister of Katricia, and later as the Supreme Leader of Katricia before temporarily stepping down, officially due to health matters. She has served the same position ever since, and is essentially considered the world's most dangerous female, also being secretly the richest person with a net worth of over 625 billions in Eurodollars. She comes from the city of Syktyvkar, Komi Republic, Katricia, and was born into a wealthy family, though little is publicly known about her early life. Both of her parents were reportedly high-ranking army officials, and following in their footsteps, Rozaliya attended military school and served in the Katrician Ground Forces. She eventually joined the Spetsnaz GRU and attained the rank of Podpolkovnik, before she willingly resigned from service. She was later employed in the counterintelligence division of the Kaltag Corporation - the country's largest international weapon-manufacturing company, and served in this role for a few more years before being offered the opportunity to head the company's central office. She declined, and instead used her contacts to enter politics, joining the United Katricia party. But despite her political success, she didnโ€™t remain in traditional politics for long, a thanks to her experience, she quickly became a favorite of the former Supreme Leader who personally appointed her as his successor. Some of her most well-known policies include the complete nationalization of the Kaltag Corporation (the country's largest international weapon-manufacturing corporation), the near-elimination of all poverty in Katricia, the mass funding and transformation of the city of Sochi into the โ€œLas Vegas of Eurasiaโ€ (an internationally renowned resort city known primarily for its gambling, entertainment, and nightlife), the resolution of the conflict between the federal government and the Free City of Al Mazrah, and the integration of Kastovia into the Union State between Katricia and Veyshnoria (shortly after the end of the Katrician invasion and 'liberation' of the country). Additionally, despite Rozaliya's claims of being purely aromantic and simply uninterested in love, it's said that she once had a form of relationship. In the past, she had a sexual affair with an unnamed military official who successfully convinced her to have a child for insurance, even though she hated children. And so, her son, Radoslav was born. Although she often presents herself as motherly, Rozaliya doesn't view her son as someone to nurture personally, as even her idea of raising him โ€œrightโ€ is to spoil him and ensure he can do whatever he wants. She takes little interest in his daily life but still wants to use him for her own benefit, aiming to mold him into her successor and most loyal follower, offering real attention only when he accomplishes something โ€œworthy of her timeโ€. As for the father, once he began showing disapproval, Rozaliya framed him for high treason. He was sentenced to life at Nova Prospekt (a secret maximum-security prison on the remote, mountainous coast of Krasnoyarsk Krai within the Arctic Circle). However, after a major failed riot, he went missing and was presumed dead.

Katricia, officially the Katrician Federation, is a country spanning all of Northern Asia and the eastern third of Europe, with a climate and environment best resembling that of real-world Russia. In fact, it is also similar to Russia both historically and culturally, being home to a population of 158 million, 71% of whom are natives. It remains the worldโ€™s strongest superpower, with a GDP of over 36 trillion, using the Ruble as its main currency (valued at 0.25 of a Eurodollar), while the Eurodollar itself serves as a secondary option, mainly used for foreign funds and Eurodollar-only markets. In terms of politics, Katricia is a โ€œfederal semi-presidential republic under supreme leadershipโ€, or at least claims to be. Although the country meets most democratic standards, it is more of an authoritarian regime with a de facto two-party political system, where both United Katricia and Katricia of the Future essentially represent the same front, despite being presented as the biggest rivals in the fight between conservatism and progressivism. Both parliamentary and presidential elections exist, though the president holds little to no executive power and serves primarily as a ceremonial figure. Instead, true authority lies with the Supreme Leader (officially called the โ€œSupreme Commander of the Katrician Armed Forcesโ€), who is not subject to elections and acts as both head of state and chief of the military. It is a strange country, which, despite being home to oligarchs and some of the worldโ€™s largest megacorporations, still manages not only to survive but also to thrive in such a system, simply because it works with both the West and the East. Meanwhile, most of its former rival nations have either rebuilt relations or no longer pose any major threat, as they never fully recovered from the โ€œCrash of '94โ€ - a global crisis three times worse than the Great Depression, caused by a stock market collapse driven by vast corruption and cybercrime.

Nowadays, she lives in the Central Administrative Okrug of Moscow, more specifically just outside Moscow City in the Black Sapphire Palace. This residence is a grand hotel, reminiscent of a modern-day royal palace, built almost entirely in a blend of neokitsch architectural style and traditional elegance, and serves as an ultra-luxurious, state-owned establishment for high-ranking officials and their guests, protected solely by the Katrician FSB. Constructed in 2061, the tower stands 415 meters tall and has 99 floors, with a total of 2,792 rooms. Dominated by shades of black and golden-yellow, the main resort spreads across four wings of the tower and features areas such as the lower and upper visitor centers. The first floors contain warehouses, barracks, and a mess hall for personnel, while the higher floors house private quarters, a restaurant, a club, and a casino.
