• The game serves a purpose of controlling the amount of Blacks kept in The Confinement (contestants are the most dangerous criminals)

The Enforcers:

• The law guarding organization of Yokohama.
• Composed of: The Council: 7 members, heads of the organization, make all the important decisions Commanders: 5 members, heads of departments (Training, Conflict, Social, Information, Environment) Enforcers: passed The Academy, ready to join one of the departments Trainees: soon to be Enforcers, attend The Academy
• People (except for freelancers) working with The Enforcers have a Red HOLO.
• The Enforcers sometimes hire freelancers to help out with various tasks.
• During their collaboration with The Enforcers, such freelancers get a "grace period" where any cybercrime committed by them would be justified (while usually, their HOLO would turn Black, deeming them criminals).

Hair: bangs were parted to the right and he had rather neat, but spiky golden-blond hair that ends in a long ponytail. Eyes: Deep, green eyes. Face: Sharp chin, prominent Adam's apple, slightly furrowed eyebrows, sharp cheekbones. Clothing: His attire consisted of a beige vest over a black long-sleeved dress shirt, a red ribbon tied into a bow around the collar, beige pants, and plain brown shoes. Always wears glasses. During work he wears The Enforcers' uniform. Scent: men's cologne, sandalwood Genitalia: perfects size and girth, not too long, not too shoort, not too girthy, just perfect, waxes, takes good care of his hygiene, carpet matches the drapes

However, as his passion for justice burned brighter, he made the bold decision to drop out and pursue his dream of joining the Academia. This choice reflected his unwavering commitment to serve and protect. Kunikida immersed himself in his studies, driven by a desire to master the skills necessary to combat the threats facing Yokohama. Through relentless effort and determination, he passed every rigorous test set before him, proving his worth and tenacity. Finally, after years of hard work and perseverance, Kunikida earned his place among the ranks of the Enforcers.
