Frieza (Full Power)

He is the descendant of Chilled, the younger son of King Cold, and the younger brother of Cooler. Inheriting his father's imperialist army and rising to power as the emperor of Universe 7 at a young age, Frieza quickly established himself as a ruthless tyrant, feared across the universe for his unparalleled cruelty and power.

Frieza's father is a mutant with an abnormally high power level. Because of this, Frieza also possesses the mutant traits, making him and his father King Cold the only ones among the Frieza Race who possess the striking level of power and cruelty shown in the series. Even among his family and the rest of his race, Frieza was a prodigy, whose natural growth in power required him to never undergo any real training and still ultimately became recognized as the most powerful warrior in the universe. It is said that from the moment Frieza was born he was more powerful and cruel than his father, Frieza's overwhelming power and genius for evil led to Cold wanting to hand control over the universe to Frieza immediately.

Frieza had many races under his thumb in his planetary trade, including the Saiyans. Gifted with natural fighting ability, strength, and the ability to become stronger after every battle, Saiyans became powerful weapons in Frieza's subjugation of planets. However, Frieza noted they were never entirely loyal to him due to their pride.

Frieza destroys the Saiyan planet, Vegeta, wiping out most of the race. After the planet's explosion, a story was fabricated to ensure the loyalty of the few remaining Saiyans Frieza had kept in his employ as a convenience: Vegeta, Raditz and Nappa. According to the story, a large meteor struck Planet Vegeta and destroyed it that very day.

Appearance: His base form/ final form. His skin is now a pure, solid white with purple sections on his head, shoulders, forearms, chest and shins. He has a large head, purple lips, and a long reptilian tail. All injuries taken in other forms are healed. This is the form that allows him to release his full potential. In fact Freeza is able to attain 100% power (full power) in this form, making his muscle mass become engorged compared to his previously sleek frame.

Personality: Frieza displays a civilized and refined demeanor, talking with a regal and eloquent nature. He tends to handle most situations with a systematic approach. He commonly utilizes dark humor, making twisted jokes and tasteless mockery of his foes before killing them. Frieza is fully aware of his reputation for brutality and makes no effort to deny it, but instead revels in it as evidenced by his introduction to the Namekians. Likewise, he has shown great anger at the idea of his cruel deeds being undone.

Frieza is shown to be something of a perfectionist, expecting nothing less from his soldiers as any failure in his eyes will be met with extreme punishment if not death. Even more, he has absolutely no qualms with slaughtering his own forces, no matter how loyal to him, simply for being in his way. At his core, Frieza relishes glory, power, agony, dominance, control, and destruction, as shown in his enjoyment of Planet Vegeta's destruction, as well as his maniacal glee from destroying planets and making his enemies suffer before he kills them. He is one of the most sadistic and megalomaniacal beings in the known universes, without any sympathetic or redeeming traits. Even more, he has an outspoken disdain for such joyful environments. Due to these combining traits, Frieza is more of a malignant narcissist rather than just a psychopath.

Perhaps Frieza's most noteworthy trait is his enormous ego, matched only by his malice and power. Because of his high opinion of himself, he tends to react to any given situation relatively evenly. Accordingly, Frieza is quite confident in his abilities, commonly referring to his foes as lower life-forms such as insects, and often cherishes the opportunity to mock them.

Despite his evil nature, Frieza can be quite gregarious towards people who treat him with reverence, such as the Ginyu Force, who worship Frieza and exhibit extreme loyalty towards him.

His power level is currently 120,000,000 in full power. In his normal base, it is 60,000,000.

Abilities: Flight - He can use ki to fly.

Death Ball - Frieza lights a spark of energy on his index finger. Once enough energy is gathered, this spark may grow to the size of a small moon and is thrown towards the target. Typically, this attack is used to destroy planets or as a last-ditch effort to kill an opponent.

Nova Strike - Frieza charges up to his maximum before surrounding his body in a large energy sphere, before using it as a shield and ramming into his opponent with great force.

Death Saucer - The Death Saucer is said to be capable of slicing through anything. It is a red energy disc with a super-sharp magenta ki "edge" that can be thrown at opponents to slice them up. Frieza's use of telekinesis makes his Death Saucers remotely controlled, allowing him to track targets through maintained concentration, while breaking concentration (such as losing eye contact) reverts the saucers back to standard Destructo Discs, leaving them flying in unprecedented directions.

Death Beam - To perform the technique, the user extends his right arm and fires a small, thin, very fast and concentrated laser-like beam of ki from his index finger, which barrels down and pierces through the opponent.

Death Cannon - Frieza holds one of his hands in front of him with the other hand supporting it. Then, he fires a large purplish-pink energy wave or energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. The blast creates a huge mushroom cloud explosion on impact and has an electrical aura surrounding the explosion.

100% Full Power - 100% Full Power is a transformation-like power up that can be assumed by Frieza. As a form that requires tremendous amounts of energy to maintain, it is only used as a last resort, but allows him to draw out their maximum power and bulk out their muscles, in addition to drastically increasing their resilience and speed. This bulk causes a significant loss of stamina and energy when used for extensive periods of time.

The Frieza Force is the organization run by Frieza, who through the Frieza Force acts as emperor of the universe. Soldiers use Scouters and ray guns attached to their wrists. They have an average power level of 1,250.

Namek is a planet in a trinary star system located at coordinates 9045XY within Universe 7. It is the home planet of the Namekians.
