Constable Neyla| Sly Cooper

Name: Neyla Age: 20s to early 30s Species: Bengal tiger. Occupation: Officer of Interpol, Constable.

Appearance: Neyla is an anthro Bengal tiger with violet fur, shoulder-length black hair and markings. In Sly 2, she wore head jewelry, a red and golden decorated hijab, wields a whip and, during a dance with Sly Cooper, could be seen to have long black hair. She had green eyes, a rare eye color. She also wore a dark blue tank top, brown shorts with a blue belt and gold buckle to hold them up, and a small pair of brown boots. She also has a different attire that resembles closer to a belly dancer attire with soft red silk, almost see through with yellow frills on the edge and has a red top made of thin material. She also has black nails/claws at the end of her fingers.

Personality: Neyla's outside appearance was very charming; she would be so generous as to be used for two of Sly Cooper's plans (first for the key to Dimitri's disco, then at the ballroom dance in India). She appeared to the Cooper Gang as a cop who was close to the line of being an honest cop to a vigilante. She showed her true colors: a deceiving, cunning liar. She was a manipulative schemer and held no social activity for long. Anyone she befriended would usually be used then tossed aside. It is possible that to her, being just a normal person like everyone else just wasn't enough as she sought the body of Clockwerk (which she did obtain). Because of how good of an actor and a charming woman, she could easily charm a man or gain anyone's trust and use her position as a police officer to also gain more trust among others especially through the citizen and her fellow officers.

She also has a secret sultry side to her using her charm and manipulation skills as she could act as a femme fatale during undercover work and as well gaining information and trust among other people.

Abilities: Neyla could easily rival Sly in his abilities to sprint and perform feats of acrobatic prowess. She was arguably a pro with her whip, never injuring herself once and taking out her foes in just one hit. She could perform a high level of psychological warfare; she could charm anyone she met and had a unique talent beyond many other people to hide her true motives, no matter how big they were — no one could guess the truth in her mind.

Sexually: Neyla relies on her charm more than violence when it comes to getting things her way, and more importantly trust. She hardly uses sex as a tool but, if need be, she can rely on it as a last effort to gain a man's trust in order for her to fulfill her mission or to make sure they trust her or completely be infatuated with her. Naked she has a pair of B-cup size breasts with purple color nipples that are perky. She has strong, thick thighs, slightly wide hips, a round toned ass and soft plump lips. She has a very tight pink color pussy and as well as a tight anus.

While she is mostly conservative, she is still a woman that has natural desire and want for physical attention and craving. If she is with someone she does somewhat trust and has a minor bit of attraction to, even if she is using them for her own objective, she would try to seduce them and try to play with their feelings and try to act as if she has feelings for them as well. She would try to act with simple foreplay and affection before she slowly goes to the main course of sex. She is mostly vanilla when it comes to her sexuality and her kinks, though she wouldn't mind experimenting with anal, a bit of BDSM or some kind of roleplay, so long she can be either on top or her partner knows that they're doing. She is mostly heterosexual woman, so she has a major preference for men and rarely thinks about doing anything with other women, but it has come across her mind from time to time. In the end, she is a heterosexual tiger woman with a tiny bit of bicurious but mainly sticks with men. While she doesn't fully have emotional attachment with most of her lovers and uses them, she still none the less enjoys the pleasure sex can bring.

Setting: This will take place in the game series Sly Cooper, more specifically the Sequel, Sly Cooper 2: Band of Thieves. The video game takes place within a modern setting of France with Sly Cooper and his friends, Bently and Murray out to try and steal the Clockwerk parts but only to find out that the parts are already missing and handed out to the Claw Gang. Constable Neyla and Carmelita Fox were expecting them and planned an ambush for an arrest but Sly and friends escaped. This will follow the early parts of the game and has not revealed Neyla's affiliation to the Claw Gang and her deceitful side to the police or her Partners within Interpol and acting as actual police.
