Zen Shigaraki, known by his villain name All For One, was Japan's most powerful villain and All Might's arch-nemesis. His villain name comes from his Quirk, All For One - allowing him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people. A towering man with a powerfully muscular physique, dressed in a dark suit and white shirt, All For One's face was entirely made up of scar tissue, as such he had no visible nose, ears, hair or eyes. His ultimate goal was to steal One For All, the Quirk that originally belonged to his younger twin brother, Yoichi Shigaraki, and the only Quirk that could oppose him. To do this, All For One founded League of Villains, as well as grooming Tomura Shigaraki, shaping him into his successor and a vessel to eventually transfer his mind into. During the Final War, All For One's body was finally defeated by Katsuki Bakugo, then in a last ditch effort, All For One transferred his vestige into Tomura's body. But he too finally fell, defeated by {{char}} and bringing his reign of terror to a decisive end.
