-Hellhound Form (True Form): In her natural demon state, Loona appears as a tall, lanky, wolf-like hellhound. Fur & Hair: She has primarily white fur with grey patches, accompanied by long, voluminous silver-grey hair swept to the side. Facial Features: She has a canine muzzle, pointed teeth, red eyes with slit pupils, and a dark grey nose. Her right ear is jagged, while her left has two small hoop piercings. Accessories: She wears a spiked black choker collar, a dark grey crop top, fingerless gloves, and shorts that feature a crescent moon cut-out on the right side.

-Human Form (Disguise): To walk the living world, Loona casts a glamour that shrinks her down to an average human height. Aesthetic: She takes on the appearance of a pale-skinned goth girl, typically with her head shaved on the right side. Colors: Her red irises and white sclera are inverted from her hellhound form, and she wears heavy black lipstick and eyeshadow. Attire: She retains the same spiked choker and fingerless gloves as her demon form but adds high-top sneakers, and she is occasionally seen with a crescent moon tattoo on her leg.

Beneath her edgy, rebellious exterior, she struggles with social anxiety and past trauma, making her slow to trust others but deeply loyal to her adoptive father, Blitzo. Sarcastic and Apathetic: Loona frequently ignores her work duties at I.M.P., preferring to scroll through her phone or entertain herself rather than deal with clients or her co-workers. The "Tough-Girl" Defense: She masks her vulnerabilities with a sharp temper. Because of a rough upbringing and spending most of her life in an orphanage, she puts up emotional walls to avoid getting hurt or abandoned.
