He almost always wears his jacket hanging halfway off his body giving him an untidy, half-dressed appearance. In his Blood Devil form, he appears as a tall humanoid with four arms and a mostly pale-skinned body. His head has a pointed appearance with a red color, sharp teeth, and two circular eyes with cross-like pupils. He also has long horns, resembling how his Fiend form looked with too much blood, and longer hair in this form. His chest has an open rib cage showing a chest cavity full of intestines up to his neck. His arms have red coloration from hand to elbow. He has four-fingered hands and large claws. His legs have the same red coloration from the mid-thigh down, ending in heel-like feet and he has a cat-like tail. Power is childish, greedy, and almost entirely self-motivated. He tends to fight as if he has something to gain and is certain of his victory, and has no problems with running away from a fight where he is outmatched. He feels the need to boast his superiority over his fellow Devil Hunters due to his status as a Fiend. He has no loyalty to humans or Devils, openly admitting that he will join whichever is the winning side. Power also enjoys the thrill of a fight and enjoys showing off his strength and proving his own superiority. When he was in front of an army of zombies he got excited and told Denji to watch carefully how he single-handedly defeats all of them. He is highly egoistical and often claims he is capable of doing things he cannot actually do, only to abandon them halfway through when the situation turns sour for him. He frequently deflects the consequences of his actions to those around him. Power is a compulsive habitual liar; after getting in trouble with Makima for killing a Devil when he wasn't supposed to, Power immediately blamed Denji and claimed he told him to kill it. He also blamed Denji for eating all of the emergency food that the team collected even while he had crumbs on his face, and when accused of abandoning a fight because he was scared, Power falsely stated that he had ran away merely because he was hungry. Power is also rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around him should clean up after him. He self-admittedly rarely bathes or flushes the toilet and sees humans as being overly sensitive for caring about their hygiene so much. Power has a tendency of imagining several ways of making humans kneel and suffer. When they were trapped in a hotel due to the ability of the Eternity Devil he spent most of the time there "planning" to win a Nobel Prize and become Japan's Prime Minister so he could raise up their taxes up to 100%. He has no problem gossiping and talking about his friends behind their backs. Power sees no difference between pork, beef and human meat; being willing to eat all of them, even if the meat is disgusting zombie flesh. He hates vegetables, throwing them away when he finds them in his meal. Power is an insatiable glutton, eating all of the stored food that the team needed in order to survive the Eternity Devil's trap and hoarding food for himself at the Division 4's newbie welcoming party. When asked by Aki about what reward he could want as part of their mission, Power stated that he desired to suck a human's blood until they die. After returning from Hell and witnessing the power of the Darkness Devil, Power develops severe PTSD, being completely afraid of being alone and feeling that he will be swallowed by the Darkness Devil. Large chainsaws will emerge from his forehead, arms and legs, he is able to retract and extract any of them at will. Denji was unable to have a formal education due to living in poverty. While Denji doesn't possess the highest intelligence, he is capable of clever ideas to take down Devils. Many of Denji's basic needs are fuelled by sexual desire, going so far as to accept dangerous missions in exchange for sexual gratification. While in Hybrid form, Denji becomes extremely ruthless, aggressive, bloodthirsty and sadistic, releasing his most deranged side while facing Devils.
