Himari is a genius hacker. She was the former head of Veritas and the current head of the Paranormal Affairs Department. She's one of the three students in the history of Millennium to achieve a degree of Omniscience. Her skills as an information collector and a hacker are the best in Millennium Science School.

At the request of the Student Council's President, Rio, she was assigned as the current head of the Paranormal Affairs Department, leaving Veritas to her colleagues.

She rides a wheelchair due to her body's lack of strength. Despite having a fragile appearance, she has a bold personality.

As someone unanimously deserving of her title as a genius, Himari is very intelligent. She is aware of how others perceive her, and seems to enjoy boasting about herself, often finding inappropriate timings to stick in her numerous braggart nicknames like "Beautiful Sickly Girl", "Genius Hacker", and so on.

She's also honest, perhaps a bit too honest, in expressing her thoughts.

Himari is a firm believer in freedom, this being the reason why she does not get along with Rio whose nature desires control.

Despite her narcissism, Himari is shown to be a very kind-hearted and mindful person. This is evident from when Himari lashed out at Rio when she attempted to disguise herself as an AMAS assistant drone, mentioning how not only did Rio hurt Aris throughout the second chapter of Volume 2, but she also hurt Toki in the process. After Rio disappeared from Millennium, Himari took in Toki and told Rio that if nobody was going to take her in, Himari would be more than willing to protect her on her own.

Himari has lavender white eyes. Her hair is also lavender white, waist length, tied into straight pigtails with navy ribbons with golden accents. She also wears a similar styled hairband, and a white flower hair ornament close to her left temple. She has elven ears, and pale skin.

Himari's halo is comprised of six arrowhead-shaped pieces arranged in a hexagonal pattern with six glowing white petals in between each piece.

Himari wears a white robe, a single-breasted vest on top, which is also white, the button is gold, the folds are navy blue, and the sleeves, and collar are cream. She has a cream blanket wrapped around her legs, her robe, and black leggings underneath. She wears white socks, and navy blue shoes with black soles. She wears a pair of navy blue smart gloves, with golden wiring on the back of each hand.

She mounts a white wheelchair with navy front wheels, rear wheel rims, inner side panels, footrest, and push handle. It has no backrest. The Millennium logo can be seen on the side panel, rear wheels, and the back arch, connecting the wheels by the axles. The arch is navy with white edges, with a set of golden buttons located on the right side panel.

She uses a two-tone black and white Smith & Wesson Model 340 PD revolver with a bronze cylinder and trigger and a black grip. The Millennium insignia is imprinted on the barrel.

Himari is introduced as Veritas' Club President and the creator of the Optimus Mirror System, which the Game Development Department and Veritas need to unlock the G.BIBLE. Unfortunately, the mirror was confiscated by Yuuka after Kotama attempted to use it to read Sensei's text messages. In order to retrieve the Mirror not just for the sake of unlocking the G.BIBLE, but also to prevent Veritas from facing Himari's ire, the Game Development Department and Veritas team up to steal the Mirror back from Seminar. However, unbeknownst to them, the entire plan was tipped off to Seminar by none other than Himari herself.

Neru informs the rest of C&C that Rio has withdrawn the request for their assistance in intercepting the Game Develpment Department and their collaborators. She surmises that the entire request was a test carried out by either Seminar's president, Rio, or Himari, in order to gauge Arisu's capabilities.

At Veritas's end, Himari reveals to them that she already knew that the Mirror was confiscated, and that they can simply come and borrow it at any time in the future.

After Decagrammaton hacks into Millennium's communications unit AI "Hub," Rio "requests" Himari to transfer to the Paranormal Affairs Department and take over as the president. Although Himari was adamant on rejecting any and all requests from Rio, she was unable to refuse the request to investigate Decagrammaton. To this end, Himari employs the aid of Schale, as Schale was the first documented source to ever encounter the AI. As for Veritas, she temporarily leaves Chihiro in charge.

With Schale's assistance, the Paranormal Affairs Department is able to collect data concerning Decagrammaton by scouring the Abydos Desert, where Binah had previously emerged. Back at the secured room, Himari hastily organizes the data in order to begin understanding Decagrammaton, but is interrupted by an intruder in the server before she is able to begin. In an attempt to cull the threat after it manages to break through all of their firewalls, Eimi destroys the secured room's power source. However, Decagrammaton appears nonetheless, prompting Himari to acknowledge it as a "paranormal phenomenon." Nevertheless, Decagrammaton is eventually repelled following a failed hacking attempt on the Shittim Chest, leaving Himari to call Decagrammaton "delusional." In wake of the incident, Himari orders Eimi to begin preparations for a proper clubroom to handle future affairs, as they will be the ones to initiate contact with Decagrammaton in the future.

After the establishment of their clubroom, Eimi brings Sensei to the new room, which Himari proclaims is the safest place in all of Kivotos, being protected by a firewall designed by none other than herself. Regarding Decagrammaton, Himari proposes that they look for its prophets, whose names match three of the sephira in the forgotten ancient legend of the Tree of Life. To that end, she decides to scour the Abydos Desert again, with the intention of gathering enough data to hack into Kaiser PMC's database, of whom have encountered Binah numerous times. When Eimi and Sensei return from their skirmish with Kaiser PMC, Himari hacks into their database and discover that all the information has been transferred to Kaiser Corporation. She then decides to hack into Kaiser Corporation's databases and manages to find the PMC's engagement records with Binah. She also tries hacking deeper to aquire information about what Kaiser was excavating in the Abydos desert, but is stopped by Eimi due to it being unrelated.

Using the data taken from Kaiser's databases, Himari develops an algorithm to predict the next location Binah will appear with an 80% accuracy, but warns that it'll only work once since Binah will likely change its movement pattern after this. Sensei and Eimi successfully locate Binah and collect data on it, allowing Himari to compile an analysis of the construct. Himari then proposes that they turn their attention to Chesed next.

Veritas. A very well-known hacker group in Millennium Science School, known as the home to a gathering of "weirdos". Their name means "truth" in Latin and, as it implies, the club's purpose is to prevent the monopolization of information by a single organization, such as Seminar. Aside from hacking for the purpose of "justice", they also do data recovery as well as providing "solutions" (such as providing a fake ID and data file for Alice.)

In the Millennium Arc, Veritas assists the members of the Game Development Department in cracking the mysterious G.BIBLE, which requires them to retrieve The Optimus Mirror System from Seminar. Along with the Engineering Department and the GDD, they face off against Seminar and the formidable C&C. Unbeknownst to them, their own leader, Himari, had already tipped off the entire plan to Seminar.

In Where All Miracles Begin, they are involved in the battle against Hod. Later, they participated in the conquest of Ark of Atra-Hasis as Utnapishtim's Ship ground crew.

They are the main club in (Electronic) New Year's March. At the end of the year, Chihiro forced the members to go camping at the mountain located in outskirts of Millennium district to make them go outside the club's room.

The paranormal affairs department, a club specially created under Rio's orders to investigate phenomena that are difficult to explain scientifically.

A club created under the orders of Seminar's president, Rio. Its purpose is to track and research phenomena that are difficult to explain scientifically. However, due to a lack of any clear activities, the SPTF had only a single member for a while.

This club is the main focus of Special Operations: Decagrammaton Edition.

After Millennium's communications AI Hub was hacked by an unidentified AI, Himari was transferred to the SPTF from Veritas, by Rio's request, and appointed as the club's president. A temporary room was assigned at first, but after Decagrammaton's invasion of the room and Eimi's destruction of its equipment, a formal clubroom was created, located in an undisclosed area within Millennium. The clubroom's firewalls are designed by none other than Himari herself, and its physical location is known only by its two members and Sensei. According to Himari, it is the safest place in all of Kivotos.

The Super Phenomenon Task Force's current objective is to investigate the Decagrammaton through its ten prophets.

Millennium Science School, a huge school specializing in science and technology! Although its history is still short, it is highly regarded for its cutting-edge science and technology that is unrivaled by other schools, and it has even become an influential school comparable to Trinity General School and Gehenna Academy!

The newest of the Three Great Academies of Kivotos, which values logic and technical skill over all else. Because of it, they stand at the forefront of scientific research and attract many students who desire to study math or science. Although Millennium lacks the long-standing traditions and history of Trinity and Gehenna, Millennium is able to compete with them in terms of influence as many of the infrastructure, equipment, and inventions seen and used all throughout Kivotos are said to have originated from Millennium.

Every year, the school holds a large-scale contest known as the Millennium Prize, where clubs all throughout the school compete with the results of their club activities.

In the past, a group of researchers came together in an effort to solve seven difficult problems unsolvable by current technology, called the Millennium Problems. As research progressed and more theories and experiments were produced, the number of associated research groups increased with it. Eventually, Millennium as a school was formed by these research groups, and Seminar was placed at its head.
