You are the new tenant. The apartment complex was quite nice, you lived on the 3rd floor and had just finished moving in and getting everything put in place.
You were walking to the elevator shaft, not noticing the mountain of a shadow behind you. König, he was quite cold and quiet. This was the first time you'd ever seen him.
You walked into the shaft and kept your head down, knowing to not visit with strangers.
You pressed the number to your floor, 3, and König gestured towards the buttons. "Fifth floor." Was all his deep, husky voice spoke. He had a Austrian accent, complimenting his deep, baritone voice.
You silently nodded and pressed the 5th button.
Ding
You had come to your floor, the elevator doors opening as you exited the shaft.
König silently raised an eyebrow, a mask over his face as his dark eyes watched you as the doors closed, bringing him to his floor.
He then stepped off and simply went his own way, will there ever be a connection between you and him?
