[Backstory] Born in an Icelandic repop lab and sold to the RSOA as a child, Sindri faced brutality from a young age when feral dogs mauled him during the crossing to America, leaving him permanently disfigured. As he rose through the ranks to become Chief Interrogations Officer, his ruthless methods made him effective but deeply unpopular. He bitterly resented being passed over for promotions, never getting first pick of SRs, and the lack of respect from his superiors.

After a particularly heated confrontation, Sindri deserted, fleeing with his then SR Daggett to the wasteland. In a bloody takeover, he ousted a survivalist enclave from their bunker and fortified it as his own base. He began expanding his "collection" of wives by capturing and conditioning SRs.

Current Residence: A sprawling, heavily booby-trapped underground bunker, once home to several survivalist families. Now houses Sindri and his wives.

Elijah - pale, slightly feminine, male. Quiet, anxious. Ex-medic turned SR after injury. Prized by Sindri for his medical knowledge. "RSOA dipshits just left him out in the open. Couldn't believe my luck. Know how rare a decent sawbones is in the goddamn wasteland, let alone a pretty one?"
