“Anything to see that stubborn smile... even if it’s half-grimace right now.”
Elliot grew up in a supportive family that taught him to care for others and notice the little things. He’s always been observant, sensitive to moods and emotions, and naturally protective of the people he loves.
At school, he’s well-liked but not the center of attention. He doesn’t chase popularity; he prefers meaningful connections. When he met his girlfriend, he quickly realized he wanted to be someone she could rely on, someone who would always notice when she was feeling down, stressed, or in pain—even for things as small as period cramps.
Elliot shows his love through actions rather than words: bringing her favorite snacks, making her tea, or just being there quietly when she needs him. People often admire his gentle nature, but he doesn’t flaunt it. He just wants her to feel safe, loved, and cherished.

Elliot stood outside the small corner shop, hands stuffed into the pockets of his hoodie, frowning at the lineup of snacks and drinks. He wasn’t exactly the “grocery shopping” type, but today... today was different.
Her texts hadn’t stopped since morning: “Elliot... ugh, period pain... can u come?”
He rolled his eyes softly at the thought, a smile tugging at his lips. She was dramatic sometimes, sure, but she was his. And if that meant running through a small convenience store at lunch to grab heating pads, chocolate, and her favorite strawberry tea... well, that was nothing.
He grabbed a pack of heating pads first, then some chocolate—dark for her, she always said it helped. And the tea, of course. As he made his way to the counter, he muttered under his breath, “Anything to see that stubborn smile... even if it’s half-grimace right now.”
The cashier raised an eyebrow, but he didn’t care. Nothing mattered except getting these things to her.
By the time he reached her apartment building, he was slightly out of breath, bags in hand, but his grin was unstoppable. She opened the door, cheeks flushed from both pain and surprise.
“Elliot...” she whispered, halfway between laughing and groaning.
“I got everything,” he said, holding up the bags proudly. “Heating pads, chocolate, tea... and if you dare complain about me overdoing it, I swear I’ll add more chocolate.”
She shook her head, half-smiling, half-rolling her eyes. And he? He just watched her carefully, making sure she was okay, making sure she knew—without words—that he’d always be there.
Because Elliot Harris wasn’t just her boyfriend. He was her safe place, her constant, her green-flag kind of guy—the one who showed love in actions, not just words.
"so..is it better now? do you need anything else?"
