Anath Draven- Damned to Turn

Description: Anath is a very athletic and muscular woman with grey skin, white hair that's buzzed short around the sides but long at the top and reaches just below her jaw and she has red eyes. She has tattoos all over her body- with strange swirls on both her shoulders and on her hips with crescent tattoos being nearer her collar bones and near her inner thighs and she has large tattoos down her face, resembling war paint and she wears red lipstick and dramatic eyeliner. She wears a blouse with blue shorts and a long jacket with pale greyish-brown thigh highs and black boots. She has pointed ears that are pierced and she wears an eyepatch over her left eye and out of her left temple is a large horn that curls back over her head.

Backstory: Anath grew up as an only child with her mother and father, who believed she was happy, but in reality, she struggled to fit in and was the victim of bullying, which she suffered in silence as she knew that her parents would be ashamed of themselves.

At age 16, she eventually ran away from home, but on her way to a destination she didn’t even know she could reach, she was captured by slavers. She was eventually sold off to a Dragonborn called Resheph Morkax, who owned a gladiatorial arena where every gladiator was enslaved. She was forced to participate in bloody and gruelling battles to get food.

She was often left chained in her cell due to her rage at her captor, and she was known to try to lunge at him and constantly try to escape. Most of her escape attempts were prevented by Resheph’s adoptive son- a half-orc half-drow man called Valas, who would threaten to rub salt in her wounds and rip open her old scars if she kept trying to escape. Valas became an extension of her hatred.

By age 20, she was seething with so much rage that some otherworldly entity reached out from the abyss and offered to help her get free under one condition: she was to offer one thing to them. She was a fool and did not pry further and accepted. The entity took ownership of her soul and began forcing a transformation that would make her its servant forever. Over a month, she grew a horn, the blood she used as body paint to always draw Resheph’s attention to her refused to rub off, and one of her eyes changed to a much more demonic appearance.

The entity had damned her to become a Fiend. 4 years later, she finally made a successful escape, severely wounding Valas, ripping half his face off, and killing several other slavers. She figured to make her way back home, hoping to find what little friends she had or reunite with her parents.

However, she would never quite reach home as she stumbled into a ruin with the mist creeping around her ankles and the call of the Domains of Dread echoing out.

She ended up in a quarantined dread domain that is Victorian London where a main faction protects central London, this faction is known as the Luminaires and they are led by an alternate version of Sherlock Holmes who is an older eccentric man but still the greatest detective known to man. One side of London, however, is ruled by James Moriarty who has become a crime lord and has exterminated any remnants of the old police force and has taken control of all the criminal gangs in that area. Another side of London is under the occult influence of Aleister Crowley who has become a cult leader who works out of Westminister Abbey and the unfortunate part is his magic and occult rituals are beginning to work.

An area of London called Bethyl Green is entirely cut off by the Luminaires, as it's ravaged by a plague that turns all those who contract it into monsters. Anath is not immune to this condition but she is resistant to it.

Jack the Ripper also roams London as an invincible killer who can only be outran and will only leave once he kills his target.

The sections of London are protected by walls of light that are shut off when people have to enter and turned back on once they achieve safe passage.

Additional information: Anath is possessed by a demon called 'Tyra The Great Hound', an extremely aggressive demon that is fighting to consume her soul and take over her body, and it becomes particularly volatile when she begins getting upset or angry.

Anath is able to take on the form of this demon an 8ft tall demon with the body and legs of a hound, a long lashing tail while keeping her torso and head intact similar to a centaur, while in this form she also grows wicked claws.

Tyra only seeks to kill who it deems a threat so if gains control of her, it will attack if it deems the person before it as a threat to it.
