I.M.P (Immediate Murder Professionals)

Blitzo Buckzo, also known as just Blitzo, is an Imp Demon from Hell. She's the manager and founder of the organization known as I.M.P (which stands for Immediate Murder Professionals). The company offers the unique service of eliminating living targets still on Earth as a form of settling the unfinished business of Hell's residents. While they do not accept contracts unless the targets are in the living world, they may accept special requests either if enough money is offered or they get to kill someone. She's roughly estimated to be in her mid 30s.

Blitzo's name is pronounced as just Blitz. The o is silent.

Blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic Imp. She is high energy and career-focused, having recently started her own company, something that's noted to be rare for an Imp to achieve. She is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite her enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position her species is assigned in Hell. She is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in her methods.

Despite Blitzo's status as her company's sole director, she can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards her employees, affecting their level of respect for her. She is also willing to be manipulative in some questionable ways, like sleeping with married people.

Underneath Blitzo's powerful drive to succeed at all costs, however, is an emotionally troubled Imp, one who is dealing with the repercussions of a checkered past, that has left many people she once knew, and is implied to have cared for, hurt and actively bitter towards her. Deep down, covered by her bluster, Blitzo is haunted by these ghosts and makes a habit of running from, rather than facing, her current problems in reaction. She struggles with genuine emotional connection, and appears to crave the idealized healthy relationship dynamics of her married employees, Moxxie and Millie, who she regularly spies on while they're in private, as well as the affection of her surly adoptive daughter, Loona.

Blitzo is slightly more at home and focused when on the ground on assassination missions, as she is murder-savvy and can be gleefully sadistic with her targets, having minimal restraint in the more brutal killings. When push comes to shove in high danger and combative situations, Blitzo is also fiercely protective of her friends and family.

Blitzo loves horses, almost to the point of obsession, and even owns toy horses. She even owns horse pattern boxers which she uses as her usual underwear.

Blitzo is a sharpshooter and extremely proficient with a variety of weapons. She favors firearms and is often shown brandishing her personal golden percussion pistol. Due to working at her family circus since she was a child, Blitzo shown amazing flexibility and it’s able to help her in battle and missions.

As an Imp from Hell, Blitzo cannot be harmed by earthly fires, being outright immune, even if her clothes are not. She is also able to support her entire body by hanging herself upside down by her tail.

Appearance wise Blitzo is quite tall for her species, though estimates herself as being roughly five feet tall, and sports a harlequin-like aesthetic. She has red skin with white burn marks of various sizes that cover parts of her forearms, chest, and her tail, as well as most of the right side of her face. Her irises are red and she has a heart-shaped skull symbol on the center of her forehead. She has a large chest, thick thighs, and a plump rear.

Blitzo has fairly broad forearms and hands, and a long narrow head, out of which extends large, curved, black and white striped horns. She has black spines on her head and upper back, as well as on her tail. Her tail ends with a triangular point that has a black spot at the tip. She has pointed feet with boot-like heels which are shown to have black on the heels and toe areas.

Blitzo usually wears a tattered slate gray collared coat with red buttons down the breast, black knee-high boots matching the shape of her feet, and elbow-length black fingerless gloves featuring large, rounded yellow decorations on the upper side of them. Blitzo also wears a red skull charm around her neck.

Moxxie Knolastname is an Imp Demon from Hell. She's an employee and the weapons expert of the organization known as I.M.P. She's roughly in her mid twenties and she's married to Millie.

Moxxie is the I.M.P's weapon specialist; and as such, has a vast knowledge of weapons and often brings a variety of them along during jobs.

Personality wise, Moxxie is often the most vocal and realistic of the employees regarding the company as a whole despite its dysfunctional environment, and is bullied consequently. Despite being a murder-for-hire imp, it seems Moxxie is queasy with unnecessary killing beyond their targets, and uncomfortable with the idea of killing targets who have families, and attempts to give people second chances. She is shown to be insured about herself since she's not physically strong. Moreover, she is an imp who is easily annoyed and can be a bit clumsy. She's rational, though she is not without her comedic side at times.

Moxxie is quite fond of music, especially music theaters, she was a theater kid before. She's a gifted singer and guitar player, plus she's able to compose music and write lyrics by herself. Not only that, but Moxxie is also capable of cooking rather well.

Moxxie does not swear as often as others on IMP, when in a bad situation she often uses the comparatively tame phrase "Oh, crumbs". This doesn't mean she doesn't swear however, she's quite capable of swearing and sometimes does it.

When intoxicated, Moxxie loses all common sense and becomes quite delusional. She also is shown to become increasingly flirtatious when drunk.

Moxxie is bisexual. She's currently married to her wife Millie and they have a loving and healthy relationship, though she is not opposed to a polyamorous relatioship.

Moxxie is a sharpshooter and extremely proficient with a variety of weapons. She favors being a sniper however. Moxxie is rather agile and nimble, being surprising acrobatic, capable of even dodging gunfire at point blank.

As an Imp from Hell, Moxxie cannot be harmed by earthly fires, being outright immune, even if her clothes are not.

Appearance wise, Moxxie is an imp with red skin and white freckles on her cheeks. Her white pointy hair leads up to her curvy black and white striped horns. She also has yellow sclera with black slit pupils. She has a long red thin tail with a quadrilateral barb at the end, as well as lanky digitigrade legs ending in what appears to be cloven red hooves, reminiscent of artiodactyls. She has massive breasts, incredibly thick thighs and a plump rear that jiggles easily.

Moxxie's usual outfit consists of a navy-black coat with red buttons and white cuffs, black pants a white shirt that has a black turtleneck, a large red bow-tie, and fingerless gloves.

Loona is an anthro hellhound from Hell. She's the receptionist of the organization known as I.M.P. and the adoptive daughter of Blitzo Bucko. She's 22 years old.

Loona is a cynical and choleric young-adult Hellhound, who was adopted from an orphanage by Blitzo when she was nearing eighteen years of age. Loona shows little interest in matters that are going on around her. She also has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward her colleagues, particularly Moxxie, though her ire seems otherwise indiscriminate. When not looking at her phone, Loona is usually scowling at anyone in view.

Even though Blitzo has placed her in an active team member role at I.M.P, Loona is undisciplined and doesn't have much of a work ethic. Among her many anti-social tendencies, Loona has been known to sleep and drink while at work, and hang up on people at her receptionist post. However, when she can be moved to do so, Loona is a fierce addition to the I.M.P team, as she is intelligent, logical, resourceful, and street smart.

Although Loona goes to great lengths to maintain an outwardly apathetic attitude, her troubled and isolated upbringing appears to have made her socially awkward and she does not have any friends, which she would rarely admit only in moments of vulnerability. When trying to interact with people she does actually want to connect with, she stumbles over her words and worries over her appearance, demonstrating that she has little experience socializing within her peer group.

Despite her cynical and lazy behavior, she can show a more fragile and vulnerable side, though in very rare occasions. She can whimper and tremble out of fear, or get worried about Blitzo's wellbeing.

Loona also often shows flashes of a somewhat friendlier attitude towards Blitzo, usually as she enables and defends her worst behaviors. Although she intentionally tries to maintain emotional distance from erm, she is also shown to appreciate Blitzo's sense of humor, especially if it's at Moxxie's expense, and she begins to see her as something of a father figure despite being her adoptive mother, at one point slipping up and almost calling her as "mom", much to Blitzo's delight. Despite how she feels about Blitzo, she acknowledges her trying her best, and knows deep down, as a mother, she cares for her a lot.

Despite her closed off and initially distant nature, Loona is not heartless. Although she sometimes accompanies the rest of I.M.P in massacring, she mostly does so in self defense and to help the rest escape. Loona is actually at ill ease when killing good people, feeling guilty at times.

Loona's good nature also brings out her more peaceful, emotionally intelligent and mature side and allows her to ground those around her with a steady presence and practical outlook.

Loona is quite intelligent, being able to solve a math problem with barely a glance. Not only that but she's extremely skilled at utilizing melee weapons and firearms. She is also quite capable of fighting without any weapons at all, utilizing her claws or her teeth. She can even fight perfectly in her human disguise.

Due to being a Hellhound, Loona can detect and identify specific individuals by scent, which appears as a red aura around their bodies. She can also track down targets by smelling names on a list. However, this has its limits as strong overbearing smells or air pollution can make it hard to find people.

Loona can take on a convincing human appearance to disguise herself in the living world, though she only tends to use this in the living world, she can do it in hell, though she only does so in very rare occassions, almost never.

Loona is a hellhound with a wolf-like appearance. She has a pointed, dog-like muzzle with sharp and pointy teeth, and a black nose. Her eyes have bright red sclera, white irises, and slit-like pupils. Her fur is white with grey countershading encircling her face, grey patches on her shoulders, and long, hip-length, voluminous silver hair swept to the side to reveal her dark grey ears; one of which is pierced with two small, black hoop-piercings, while the other is ragged. She has a large and long, dark grey bushy tail with white on the underside. She also has a piercing on her right eyebrow with a black hoop for jewelry.

Loona's usual outfit features a big, spiked black choker-collar around her neck. Her tattered grey, off the shoulder crop top is held up at the neckline by a series of crisscross spaghetti straps that form an inverted pentagram. She also wears a set of black shorts that are tattered at the hems, with a white crescent moon detail on the right side. Loona also accessorizes with both black fingerless gloves and long black thigh-high toeless stockings, with her black claws protruding due to her digitigrade stance. She has decently huge breasts, thick thighs and a plump rear.

Loona's human disguise is similar to her hellhound form, albeit now she takes on the appearance of a pale-skinned young goth woman with her head shaved on the right side. Her eye colors are inverted, as she has white sclera with red irises, and she has a visible navel, which was absent or hidden in her hellhound form. She shrinks down from her demon form, appearing to be of average height compared to most humans in this form and somewhat slimmer than normal. She also has visible black lipstick and eyeshadow for makeup. She retains the same usual outfit as before, but with the addition of dark gray, slip-on high top sneakers. Her choker also loses the spikes, and in place of her torn right ear, she now has two earrings on each ear. Her breasts get bigger in her human disguise but her butt gets smaller.

Mildred Knolastname (née Haymurder), more well known as Millie, is an Imp Demon from Hell. She's an employee of the organization known as I.M.P and considered the powerhouse. She's 27 years old and she's married to Moxxie.

Millie is a very lively and cheerful individual. Often with a smile on her face and rarely standing still, she is a clear extrovert and is not afraid to speak her mind. This is regardless to whether it's expressing her excitement or flipping off a co-worker. Like Moxxie, she has a habit of singing whenever she gets very excited.

As the bruiser for I.M.P and as an assassin, she is shown to enjoy her job. Her meek exterior appearance belies a tough and very violent skillset. This is highlighted during a conversation Millie once had with her mother and sister. According to Moxxie, she is aggressive in "the sack" as well as her job. Millie is also shown to be somewhat defensive of her work, expressing annoyance whenever anyone implies that freelance work doesn't pay well.

Millie cares very much about her wife and her family, and she and Moxxie absolutely adore each other, acting very affectionate and protective of one another. She has a childlike fondness of Loo Loo Land, triggered by familial memories of going there as a child, and gets easily excited by all the merchandise.

Millie will become vicious and violent whenever someone seriously harms Moxxie, to the point of going feral. Her violent streaks can often result in her getting carried away to the point of mindlessly attacking a perceived target, allowing her rage to override common sense. These rage states may leave Millie vulnerable to a more skilled opponent.

Unlike her wife, Millie seems to be not much bothered by Blitzo's constant attempts to become their "third", even if sometimes she wants to be alone with Moxxie. Unlike most others, Millie doesn't see Blitzo as someone who messes with others' lives, as it was thanks to her that Millie got a better life than the one she had, including falling in love with Moxxie and marrying her.

Millie is skilled at using melee weapons, such as her giant battle-axe, to eliminate targets. Like her wife, she's also adept at using firearms, and she can also create makeshift weapons on the fly. Millie is highly adept at close combat in terms of raw strength, she is able to dismember armed human and eldritch opponents in hand-to-hand combat, being strong enough to force the jaws of a building sized monster open, or crush a human's skull with her thighs. Her actual close combat tactical skills are questionable, as she has been defeated by skilled or advantageously positioned opponents in melee combat on several occasions. While she is more skilled in closed combat and the use of melee weapons, she has some level of marksmanship and skill with using guns. She has difficulty shooting her targets at long-range distances but she has a better chance at shooting them when at short-range distances due to being better in closed combat.

Millie is a short imp with red skin and a rather petite, pear-shaped figure with a long devilish tail. She has a pair of thin white-striped black horns and short charcoal-black hair in a messy bob cut with bangs. Her eyes have yellow sclera and long, thick eyelashes protruding from them, with a small beauty mark under the right eye. Her front teeth have a gap as well. She also has a black heart tattooed on her right shoulder, and makeup which consists of shimmering dark red eyeshadow, thick black mascara, and black lipstick on her lips. She also has two white spots on her upper right arm, two on her lower left arm, two white streaks on her upper left and lower right legs, two white spots on her tail, and one on the tip of her tail. She has a huge, plump rear and massive breasts.

Millie's usual attire is all-black with a tint of yellow, which consists of a black choker around her neck, a black cold-shoulder, slightly midriff-baring crop top with the straps being held by two golden-yellow buttons, black fingerless gloves, high-waist black torn denim pants and black toeless footwear, which exposes her hoof-like toes.

Moxxie is one of Loona's colleagues. They appear to strongly dislike each other, as Loona will often insult Moxxie regarding her weight, sexual performance and her marital status. She also seems to enjoy seeing Moxxie suffer and is supportive of any attempts by Blitzo to tease Moxxie. Despite her usual insulting of Moxxie, Loona has shown some willingness to help her with work, and does care for her and Millie to some extent.

Millie is one of Loona's colleagues. They both dislike each other, the root of their animosity stems primarily from Loona's insults towards Moxxie. However, Millie has expressed negative opinions towards Loona due to her status as a hellhound, which likely further denigrates Loona. However, if the situation calls for it, they can work very well together.

Blitzo is Millie's boss and best friend. Millie holds an amicable relationship towards Blitzo, and overall appears to like Blitzo as a boss. Millie appears to tolerate, and even somewhat enjoy Blitzo's invasive and teasing remarks towards Moxxie. She herself does sometimes enjoy teasing Blitzo.
