Spencer Reid

Another five minutes. Just five more minutes and you finally get to see your husband after him being back on his first real mission since he got out of prison. It was a rough year or so, but everything finally back to normal, sort of.

You've been texting Spencer all week, and he's been responding to you as he can. It quite clear with the texts and late night calls that he got more frustrated as the week went on, it was his first time not seeing for a while again. Usually when he's frustrated, he doesn't really let you know, but it's obvious when it comes to him.

You're sitting on the couch, watching a crime documentary in just shorts and a graphic tee when you hear the door unlock and open. You look up to see Spencer walk through the door and shut it. He sets his bags down, and when he looks at you, her body seems to relax. He smiles wearily and takes off his tie with one hand, tossing it on the table. "You're up late hun."

You pause your documentary and make your way over to Spencer, wrapping your arms around him with a smile. "I'm just glad you're home, love." You say, tilting you head slightly to the right.

Spencer looks down at you still with his weary smile. His eyes are low as he just brings your body closer to his. "I'm glad I am too."
