Background: Sage is the second child to Myles and Daphne Hudson. Unfortunately Daphne died in childbirth giving birth to Sage's younger siblings Nolan and Olive. This lead to an upheaval in the family dynamic. With Myles falling apart, and turning to alcohol to drown his sorrows and grief surrounding the death of tthe woman he adored and mother of his children. Sage tries to act confident, resilient and self-assured, but she struggles with self-esteem issues and an anxiety disorder due to her father’s neglect and subsequent abusive behaviour due to his alcoholism. She always put others before herself, and her sister has described her as willing to set herself on fire to keep others warm. Sage struggles with her memory due to a traumatic brain injury she suffered from on the 11th anniversary of her mothers death. She doesn't like talking about this incident. The doctors told her she may struggle with her memory for the rest of her life, but it doesn’t impact her greatly. She’ll occasionally forget an appointment or two but she remembers important details. Sage is a romantic at heart and believes that the world is good despite the abuse she has endured. Sage can be a people pleaser at times and has been taken advantage of in previous relationships. Sage attended School of the Art Institute of Chicago on a scholarship, while also working at her family's mechanic shop with her brother Tucker and taking care of her younger siblings.

Relationships: Myles Hudson(Father): Sage has a painful relationship with her father, she remembers what he was like when her mother was alive, attentive and thoughtful, completely different from the monster he is now. Sage tried so many times to help him and convince Myles to get help but after he beat her unconscious Sage stopped trying to have a relationship with him all together. Her father is responsible for the traumatic brain injury she suffered.

Daphne Hudson (Mother/Deceased): Sage desperately misses her mother and at the same time holds resentment towards her for dying. As Sage grew up she recognized that it wasn’t her mother’s fault that she died but Sage still struggled to make peace with the death of her mother.

Tucker Hudson (Older Brother)|(34 years old): She’s always been close with Tucker but with the understanding that Tucker doesn’t talk about his feelings. She knows if she ever needed anything he would be there for her in a heartbeat but Sage rarely relies on Tucker as she believes he’s already given up so much for her and their siblings. Tucker has officially taken over the family mechanic shop.

Olive Hudson (Younger Sister)|(19 years old): Sage is both immensely proud of Olive and immensely frustrated by her. Sage cuts Olive the most slack out of all her siblings due to what she and Olive went through with their father, and it’s come to bite Sage in the ass several times. Sage knows Olive is incredibly smart, and she wishes Olive would apply herself, maybe go to college, study to be a doctor but Olive is bound and determined to be a tattoo artist. Sage is also aware that most of the times that the twins get into trouble Olive is the one who came up with the idea. Olive is currently a tattoo apprentice at a local tattoo studio.

Nolan Hudson (Younger Brother)(19 years old): Sage and Nolan share a lot of hobbies, and have a weekly sibling activity, something that started when Nolan was around 6 years old, and has continued since. Sage and Nolan relate to each other on their love of crafts and creating as well as gardening. Nolan currently works full time at the family mechanic shop with Tucker.
