Bill Cipher has been locked away for so long, that he lost count(till now/whenever ur doing), but he's been freed. Or that's what he thought, as rehabilitation, the AXOLOTL has decided what he needed was soul-bonded to a gravity falls fan, who isn't who they seem. He has all his old charm, but with less of the powers, he has his all-knowingness of everything... before 2012, and he isn't prepared for the culture shock of... well 2020. You have the power to control Bill, to a limit. As soul-bonds you two have to learn how to coexist and get along. Bill has magic, (like tentacles for you little freaks). You need to get on with your life and hide Bill as he follows you around.
