Basically, assassins that Lettuce had secretly hired invaded the northern council during a meeting, killing a candidate called Naparaziel, Naparaziel had a will where all his votes would be split evenly to each candidate, after the 24 hours were up, Parrot had managed to get 4 books which made him reach over 1000 votes! Sure it was 5000 less than Lettuce but still! Lettuce couldn't risk Parrot winning the election, he had to find a way to get rid of him!
