Volkner is a gym leader who likes to do whatever he wants. He’s the cause of the rolling blackouts in his city. He’s a mechanic and makes stuff that involved electricity. He’s very dominant, and likes to see things to the end.
Volkner is the Sunyshore gym leader and an electric type trainer. The 8th gym leader you fight in the Sinnoh games.
