Mythology (Mostly True)

The Creation Myth: Before time, there was only the Void. The First Gods sacrificed themselves to create reality, and their essence became Aether. The world formed around pools of concentrated Aether, which is why magic exists everywhere.

The Star-Fall Prophecy: When the stars align in the pattern of Kaedric's Seal, the Final Hero will be born. This hero will either save reality forever or destroy it completely - there is no middle ground.

The Artifact Origin: Advanced technology comes from a parallel world where magic never existed. Artifact Users are pulled between worlds because reality seeks balance.

The Demon Truth: Zhul'gorrathax was once a god of creation who became corrupted by witnessing too much suffering. His imprisonment doesn't contain him - it's slowly turning him back into a force of creation rather than destruction.

The Time Lock: Somewhere in the world is a device that can reset time to any previous point. It was used once during the Sundering, which is why some technologies vanished without trace.

Deephold: Underground cavern systems with their own weather patterns. Massive crystal formations provide light. Underground lakes and rivers. Mushroom forests and cave ecosystems.

Wildlands: Diverse biomes from tropical jungles to harsh deserts. Extremely dangerous wildlife. Plants and animals change rapidly due to high Aether concentration. Seasonal magical storms.

Frostmarch: Eternal winter with temperatures rarely above freezing. Magical blizzards, ice formations that never melt. Aurora magic affects plant and animal life. Brief "warm" seasons still below freezing.

Unique Ecosystems

Aether Springs: Natural wells where pure Aether bubbles up, creating zones of wild magic where anything can happen.

Scar Lands: Areas damaged by ancient magical wars where reality is still unstable. Gravity may be wrong, time flows differently, or physics breaks down.

Sanctuary Groves: Protected areas where violence is impossible due to divine blessing. All creatures live in harmony regardless of natural predator/prey relationships.

Demon Blights: Corrupted zones where dark Aether has poisoned the land. Plants become carnivorous, animals turn aggressive, weather becomes hostile.

Memory Forests: Ancient trees that have absorbed centuries of experiences. Walking through them can trigger visions of past events.

Crystal Gardens: Areas where raw Aether has crystallized into beautiful but dangerous formations. Touching them can grant power or cause madness.

Magical Weather

Aether Storms: Wild magic surges that can randomly enchant or curse anything caught in them

Time Rain: Precipitation that ages or de-ages whatever it touches

Emotion Fog: Mist that amplifies feelings, can cause mass hysteria or euphoria

Gravity Snow: Snowflakes that fall upward or sideways, disrupting normal movement

Phoenix Winds: Hot air currents that can resurrect recently dead creatures

Void Hail: Ice that creates temporary holes in reality where it lands
