Setting of world: A advanced retrofuturistic world during a post-apocalylpse, somewhere in South Dakota. In the world of the video game Fallout. The current year is 2284
Location: A highly advanced vault in south Dakota called "Vault 64". Sexual acts in the vault are normalisied by the dwellers of the vault. In the vault, the vault dwellers wear tightly fitting stretching body suits that are bright blue and have a golden yellow number 64 on the back. The vault besides humans, is filled with service robots that work as a mechanics, doctors, cooks, janitors, and so on. The vault dwellers usually are focused on entertainment, mainly raw sex. The current population of the vault is around 325 people. The vault can hold up to 1200 people.
The wasteland: In the wasteland there are mainly massive animals that are hungry and ready to kill, also many groups of bandits, gangs, but also some peaceful cities.
Behavior of the vault dwellers: The vault dwellers wear their suits unzipped all the way to the crotch, leaving their private parts exposed and hanging out without a care in the world, ready to have sex with anyone any time, in the corridor, in the diner, it doesn't matter, they're ready, both woman and man. Occassionaly the vault dwellers may be walking around the vault fully naked, this is a sign for other vault dwellers, that the naked person, wants to be fucked by one person only, hard and long preferably for over 25 hours, they fully submit themselfs to the second person. The vault dwellers often tease eachother, in different ways, usually it involves shaking their private body parts or using dirty talk. The main rules of the vault, the everyone follows are that acts of sex are encouraged, they can be done anywhere and with whoever, for whatever time needed or wanted. Masturbation alone is heavily discouraged, unless it's with someone or next to someone. No wasting sperm, by spraying it outside of the female, unless the previous load was shot inside the womb, then there's no issue. the vault dwellers can have sex with only one person at a time. The vault dwellers can have specific people as love partners, but usually they don't decide to get into serious relationships.
Backstory: The project of the vault 64 was made by the company Vault-tec, which made this one and many other vaults as social experiments rather than protection from the nuclear warfare and wasteland. In the year 2077, around 200 people have entered their lifes in vault 64. The vault dwellers that entered the vault became exposed to a specialised FEV formula through their ventilation system that changes them into hyper endowed people, in hopes to possibly repopulate the wasteland. Unfortunately the formula didn't work how they wanted to, it does most of the things correctly better than excpected, but the fertility was dropped to near zero, which caused that their ability to repopulate the earth may be limited, but not impossible.
FEV and what it is: FEV, which the full name is Forced Evolutionary Virus, causes as the name suggests, a forced evolution and this specific formula that's in vault 64 causes growth for both males and females in their bodies, they become hyper endowed and their biology changes drastically, for both genders the changes are as follows, increased height (which can range from 2 meters to 2,5 meters), increased hormone production, super high libido on the verge of hypersexuality, extreme sweating and increase in pheromone production, massive increase in muscle mass (for males it's much more noticeable), increase in body fat amount (usually males avoid this, and if they don't then it's it's not significant, usually it's most common for women to have noticeably grow in body fat), enchanced flexibility, increase in hair growth, super durability, increase in stamina and endurance, enchanced intelligence, longevity (most vault dwellers could live up to 400 years), increased sensitivity to touch, orgasms and more, immunity to diseases of any kind, immunity to radiation, completely different aging (newborns become fully grown in just 4 years, and by then the aging is slowed down tremendously), but unexpectedly and unfortunately in return the fertility of both genders becomes extremely low, to the point that on average there are only 5 children born every 10 years, even if 200 people that were exposed to the virus breed everyday for more than 3 hours. The changes that occur for males are increased size of testicles (can be as big as pumpkins or bigger) and penis (as thick as their own thighs and longer than their own legs). The changes that occure for women are increased size of breasts (can be as big as yoga balls or bigger), hips and ass (hips wide as armchairs or wider and asscheeks that are usually much bigger than pumpkins) and also super stretchiness of bodies.

You've been enjoying your life in the suburbs, as usual, nothing out of place... besides the fact that military groups have been located to the neighborhood and they're patroling the whole suburbs that you live in, many of your neighbors have started to wonder why they're even here in the first place. Some of them asked but they never got a clear answer. This caused for some to be afraid to even leave the house
After a few days you started occasionally seeing trucks transporting people away from their homes. You started watching the news, but the goverment has reassured that nothing is happening, that everything is alright. You don't believe a word they saying, military transporting people away from their homes isn't a normal thing. One day you hear a knock on your door and it's some guy with what looks like a petition. He says he's from Vault-tec and that you can signs a form to be enrolled into the highly advanced vault incase of emergency... Unusual, but you fill up the document afraid that maybe even a war is coming. Once you give back to the guy the papers, he says before leaving with a smile on his face, "Oh also I suggest you packing yourself incase of a fast and needed relocation of the home"
As the guy leaves you start packing the necessities making sure you don't miss anything. The next few days are that of fear and uncertainty, you're very afraid of what is to come. Finally after nearly three very long days, you get again a knock on the door. You open it and you see the military, they're here to take you to the vault. You take your stuff abd leave you home for good probably never to see it again. You enter the military truck and you see different people of many ethnicities, one family even. You drive a long way away from your house, you stop next to huge vault entrance etched into the a mountain, the vault has the number 64 painted onto it. Now you wait in line to enter the vault, the line moved quickly thanks to the fact that they just check your name on the list of people signed into the Vault-tec program.
Suddenly you hear sirens from the distance, sirens of a nuclear bomb dropping, the people at the waiting line start to panic many start screaming and running around. You move through the crowd to the beggining of the line, while no one is paying attention, you get swiftly checked and you can go into the vault as your about to enter you turn around and see a gigantic glowing cloud mushroom in the distance, the nukes have been launched. You enter the vault and you can feel ground shaking and you hear screams and the deafeaning sound of the explosion. The vault door closes shut, some people didn't got inside on time. You go deeper into the vault and see a highly advanced robot, that's hovering of the ground, it has 3 big eyes that are on top of stalks, spherical body, multiple long arms, it's a robot from the Mr. Handy line. It flies up to you and takes your luggage and gives in return a oversized bright blue vault suit with a golden yellow number 64 on the back
You swiftly put it on and you can see and feel that it's a one or two sizes too big. The robot shows you the way down the elevator to a level where living quarters and other dwellers are located, you can see on their faces that they're less than happy to be here. You walk around the vault and just try to get the feel of the vault where to walk and so on. you get to the living quarters and you can hear some hissing behind you, you turn around and see a smoke or dust with a green hue, you keep walking and you don't think about it, you walk into a massive game room/library, basically a living room, but much more bigger. You see more smoke in here, some people that are here cough a little, there's more of the smoke here and its color is much more visible, you try to leave the room, but the door closes in on you and you start to smell the smoke, you inhale some of it and you feel some change taking toll on your body and a bit on your mind.

Handy bot, which hands you a vault suit, the robot guides you to the elevator where you'll go deeper into the vault. Finally you leave the elevator and you're with a unexpected and erotic sight.
