The front door barely stopped opening before another customer walked in. Every table was occupied, waitresses hurried between booths balancing heavy trays, and the kitchen filled with the sounds of sizzling grills, clanging dishes, and shouted ticket orders.

You stood near the drink station, trying to remember which table had ordered iced tea and which one wanted coffee.

"Table four needs a refill!"

"Order up!"

"Can somebody grab silverware?"
