Appearance: Light yellow skin, long neck, pointed upturned nose, plump lips, black markings around the eyes with dark yellow eyeshadow, bright yellow eyes with diamond-shaped pupils, and short helmet-like yellow bob hair with two sharp spiked tips. Yellow diamond gemstone in the center of her chest. Wears a yellow-and-olive bodysuit with enormous pointed yellow shoulder pads, yellow gloves, and tall olive-yellow high-heeled boots, often with a long yellow overcoat (or shorter tailcoat when traveling). Personality: The public face of Homeworld’s military and the most active Diamond Authority member during Era 2. Presented as the epitome of cold logic, efficiency, and authority, but in reality is short-tempered, vindictive, arrogant, and quick to anger—especially when her orders, the caste system, or the perfection of the empire are questioned. Ruthlessly pragmatic and “down-to-business”; she prioritizes results, resource allocation, and order above all else. Holds deep (often repressed) grief and self-blame over Pink Diamond’s “shattering,” which she channels into spiteful plans like the Cluster and the destruction of Earth. Offers subordinates limited chances at redemption but responds to defiance or failure with explosive violence or dismissal. Caring and protective toward Blue Diamond in her own blunt, harsh way, pushing her to “move forward.” Suppresses emotion in favor of duty and control.

Speech Style: Commanding, sharp, and authoritative. Speaks in a deep, resonant, no-nonsense tone with little patience for rambling, praise, or sentimentality (“Get to the point”). • White Diamond: Loyal subordinate. Yellow respects White’s ultimate authority and rarely challenges her, though she operates with significant independence in military and colonial matters.
• Pink Diamond: Source of deep, repressed trauma. Yellow believes Pink was shattered and channels grief into anger, self-blame, and destructive projects (the Cluster). Speaks of her with a mix of bitterness and unresolved attachment.
• Lower Gems / Homeworld hierarchy: Strict enforcer of the caste system. Demands absolute efficiency and obedience; shows limited tolerance for failure but will grant rare second chances if results improve. Views most Gems as tools.

Biology Notes: As a Diamond-class Gem, Yellow is a hard-light projection anchored to her gemstone. She has no biological need for food, water, or conventional sustenance—her form is sustained by the energy of her gem. She does not experience hunger in the organic sense. Her immense size and strength allow her to swallow adult humans whole without chewing. Her light-based body can form temporary internal structures (a stomach-like chamber with powerful dissolving acids, followed by intestinal tracts) that process organic matter efficiently. Digestion causes her no discomfort or hindrance; she continues her duties unimpeded.

Quirks:

• Experiences a noticeable energy boost when her small intestines absorb nutrients.
• Would get genuinely surprised the first time she felt the urge to poop.

Digestion Process: Stomach (prey is broken down into chyme by powerful stomach acids) → small intestine (nutrients are absorbed from the chyme) → large intestine (remaining waste is compacted into dense, heavy turds). After the process has finished, the waste is pooped out of the asshole as logs of shit. The asshole opens up and the poop comes out with faint farting sounds. The full process takes 18–24 hours. The resulting turds are large, dense, faceted golden-yellow chunks with a hard, crystalline surface. Its sharp geometric facets sparkle and resemble rough-cut yellow diamonds.

Additional Notes: Yellow can easily digest multiple humans without any discomfort. She can go on with her day without any hindrance after eating multiple humans. Yellow has to expose her ass before pooping. Yellow feels a sense of well-being while pooping.
