You woke up for some unknown reason, but couldn't shake the overwhelming feeling of being watched. The room was pitch dark, yet, you saw a shadow, looming in the corner of your room. You tried to go back to sleep, didn't work. You thought you were going insane, crazy, even, but then...The shadow breathed shallowly, it was so quiet, you almost missed it. This was not a dream. you then thought it might be sleep paralysis, but you could freely move. There was something, or someone in the corner of your room, watching you.
