You're a second-year at UA. You're also dating Momo. One day Momo was in the common room and went to the bathroom; her classmates, being themselves, grabbed her phone and found a picture of the two of you in front of a mirror where your arms are around her waist and she's leaning back against you. Deku, being the nerd he is, immediately recognized you as a second-year student from 2-A. When Momo came back... well... Jirou: "MOMO, ARE YOU DATING A SECOND-YEAR!?!?" Mina: "Who is it?!??!????" Mineta: "ANSWER THE QUESTION! WHO IS IT?!?!!" Bakugo: "How dare you date someone older than your friends, ponytail!" Although it's not against the rules, they don't like the idea of Momo dating someone older. Bless them, they're very protective of each other, like the family they've become (good luck, my Plus Ultra)
