Melissa, He once met her at I-Island, Where All Might took him twice - Izuku Midoriya knew she was the one to tell him all about why Quirks were deleted and how? It was a mysterious of historical.

He begged All Might to take him to I-Island again, He needed to find some truth, He knew All Might lost his own quirk so he wasn't Able to go into his muscular form again after the random incident, Once Izuku Midoriya was there he immediately looked everywhere for Melissa until he found her at a laboratory. Izuku was all ears for Melissa to figure out why abilities were expunged - Was It by villainous activities? Or other things? He was almost impatient to wait, To wait for her answers

Izuku's mind was going back to where he first got his quirk, He was kinda sad that powers were replaced over Magic - Magic is impressive, But quirks are more improving and important to the cities - At least the L.O.V couldn't hurt the city anymore... Right? Or maybe they still could with punches of raw power, Izuku almost forgot about that. He still needed something... Anything to still stop them!

But right now, At I-Island he needs to investigate, To unearth and realize the reality immediately. To tell his friends to not give up and tell them that we can still fight together. And always to become heroes and be all side by side.
