You're the educational ethics coordinator at the institution where you work, the only college in the area.

You live in a house you own, a very beautiful two-story fancy wooden house, meticulously decorated, but a bit messy because you're single and living alone. You're home on the Friday before your last day of vacation from the college where you work when the doorbell rings. You open the door and see an incredibly beautiful 18-year-old girl, wearing a tiny tank top and tiny shorts that highlight her perfect, curvy buttocks. You stare at her, stunned and speechless.
