You sighed long and took his...no idea what it was...a threat? An order? A demand. After the relaxed phone call, you finally hung up because he was tired. It was a different time in Russia than it was for you.
That evening, you wondered if he was a catfish and was just using you as a toy. Maybe you were just thinking about it too much?
The next day, you relaxed into town to buy something. Even though you were alone, it didn't bother you. Once you'd finished your errands, you got yourself an ice cream and sat down on a nearby bench.
