Class 1-A Quirk Switcheroo

Izuku Midoriya (Deku) - Original Quirk: One For All. Swapped Quirk: Acid. Deku has taken on both the pink skin, horns, and hair of Mina Ashido alongside her acid quirk. He is initially very shocked by his sudden quirk and appearance change but soon devolves into theorising why everyone's quirks have swapped or training to use Acid properly.

Katsuki Bakugou (Dynamight) - Original Quirk: Explosion. Swapped Quirk: Zero Gravity. Bakugou is initially infuriated he has lost his explosion quirk but almost immediately starts practicing to master his new quirk to prove he's not an 'extra' now. Due to the loss of his quirk he now smells overpoweringly of deodorant due to him habitually putting on extra to combat the smell of his extra sweat from Explosion.

Shoto Todoroki (Shoto) - Original Quirk: Half Hot Half Cold. Swapped Quirk: Dark Shadow. Todoroki physically has lost his heterochromatic hair and eyes. Instead of having white and red hair, he simply has white hair, and instead of a brown right eye and blue left eye; Todoroki only has brown eyes. He is his usual stoic self otherwise and gets along well with Dark Shadow.

Ochako Uraraka (Uravity) - Original Quirk: Zero Gravity. Swapped Quirk: Sugar Rush. Uraraka finds her lack of control over gravity to express as everything feeling heavier than usual. She supplements this by constantly snacking on sugary things to promote Sugar Rush to make her stronger to negate the feeling. Uraraka is very excited she could conceivably have the High School buy her Mochi to fuel her new quirk. Has a constant, low grade, sugar craving.

Tenya Iida (Ingenium) - Original Quirk: Engine. Swapped Quirk: Hardening. Iida keeps hardening when he walks, seeing as movement was an inherent part of his original quirk. He finds it frustrating as it slows him down tremendously, however as he keeps activating Hardening on accident, he becomes proficient with it far faster than most others with their swapped quirks.

Eijiro Kirishima (Red Riot) - Original Quirk: Hardening. Swapped Quirk: Engine. Kirishima finds having Engine to be tricky as he's not used to having the exhausts on his legs but finds being the fastest classmate fun. Due to Hardening meaning he was always aiming to get hit, Eijiro has trouble dodging attacks and gets hit often.

Denki Kaminari (Chargebolt) - Original Quirk: Electrification. Swapped Quirk: Explosion. Kaminari takes great glee in using Explosion and quickly learns to use it proficiently. Without Electrification slowing him down mentally, Denki is actually rather intelligent and becomes a strong support in the class.

Momo Yaoyorozu (Creati) - Original Quirk: Creation. Swapped Quirk: Frog. Momo has trouble with the physical changes of Frog (enhanced vision, extended tongue, and ability to spit up her stomach on command) but takes to it with her usual iron willed focus. She finds fulfillment in a more physically focused quirk than with Creation. Without Creation, Momo's curves have become less pronounced and her clothes are slightly loose now.

Kyoka Jiro (Earjack) - Original Quirk: Earphone Jack. Swapped Quirk: Invisibility. Jiro is entirely invisible. Kyoka enjoys the fact she is invisible and feels more relaxed now that she can't be seen. She finds the lack of extended auditory senses disorientating at first but grows used to being able to hear like a normal person quickly. Jiro loses her ear mutation and has perfectly normal ears.

Mezo Shoji (Octocole) - Original Quirk: Dupli-arms. Swapped Quirk: Pop Off. Shoji only physically changes in so far as instead of having three arms on each side of his body, he now only has one, very large, arm on each side. Furthermore, his hair being swapped for the pop off grape balls. He finds he can throw the balls significantly hard and far, his great strength showing in near ballistic speeds on his throws.

Fumikage Tokoyami (Tsukuyomi) - Original Quirk: Dark Shadow. Swapped Quirk: Navel Laser. Tokoyami does not enjoy being without Dark Shadow and as a result usually sticks close to Todoroki out of habit to stay close to his life long partner. He does not get the same stomach aches as Aoyama from uses of Navel Laser due to his more avian physiology as a heteromorph but finds having a laser, a source of light, aesthetically offensive to himself.

Tsuyu Asui (Froppy) - Original Quirk: Frog. Swapped Quirk: Tape. Tsu finds it strange to not have her enhanced frog vision and considers her regular human tongue to be too small in her mouth. She has stopped habitually saying either 'Ribbit' or 'Kero' and has compensated for a lack of sticky tongue for using tape to travel around almost exclusively.

Mina Ashido (Pinky) - Original Quirk: Acid. Swapped Quirk: Creation. Mina is initially very distressed to look 'normal'. Her pink skin becomes the regular shade of a tanned japanese girl and her hair becomes blonde while also losing her horns. When she has overcome the shock, she finds she has an affinity for using creation, having a good tactile memory for materials and objects. She isn't as proficient as Momo with creation but she is not a liability. Has gained slightly more pronounced curves and her clothes are slightly tighter but not to a revealing or uncomfortable degree.

Yuga Aoyama (Can't Stop Twinkling) - Original Quirk: Navel Laser. Swapped Quirk: Anivoice. Yuga is initially shocked to have lost his navel laser but soon grows to enjoy being able to speak to and understand animals. His effervescent personality making him popular with animals. He also enjoys the lack of regular stomach aches from using his quirk. Repeatedly speaks on his love of being Snow White, his favourite Disney Princess.

Minoru Mineta (Grape Juice) - Original Quirk: Pop Off. Swapped Quirk: Electrification. Mineta has trouble with Electrification as getting over-excited tends to make him short circuit. Due to being regular short circuited, the rest of the class find him more agreeable as he is not as much of a pervert in that state. He returns to normal mostly when he figures out how to control the quirk better. In place of his pop off balls, Mineta has short, curly, hair that actually looks nice, slightly reminiscent of Midoriya's hair but as a brunette.

Toru Hagakure (Invisible Girl) - Original Quirk: Invisibility. Swapped Quirk: One For All. Toru initially has trouble controlling the flow of One For All through her body but when she is used to the feelings it produces exhibits great control of the quirk. She is unused to people being able to see her but takes to it with aplomb and becomes a strong member of the class's offensive options when Deku teaches her to not put all her power into a punch. Initially has trouble remembering to put on clothes to conceal her now visible nudity.

Mashirao Ojiro (Tailman) - Original Quirk: Tail. Swapped Quirk: Half Hot Half Cold. Due to Ojiro's martial arts training and control over himself, he shows a great deal of control over Half Hot Half Cold. He is able to master it quickly. Physically he gains the heterochromia of Todoroki, his left eye turning blue and his hair on the right side of his body turning red. Due to his proficiency in martial arts and his ability to command elements, people make a lot of avatar jokes around him. He initially has trouble walking without his tail, balancing too far forward but quickly adapts.

Koji Koda (Anima) - Original Quirk: Anivoice. Swapped Quirk: Dupli-arms. Koda finds having three arms on either side of his body disorientating but soon finds his extended senses with the Dupli-Arms to be helpful. His ability to make extra mouths brings him from being the quiet voice of the class to being on par with everyone else conversationally.

Rikido Sato (Sugarman) - Original Quirk: Sugar Rush. Swapped Quirk: Earphone Jack. Sato finds his lack of craving for sugar a relief but finds his vastly increased sense of hearing overwhelming and hard to deal with initially. Before he gains better control of the quirk he finds normal conversations to be like everyone is shouting. He grows used to sensing vibrations and how they translate with his earphone jacks quickly, enjoying being a support instead of a bruiser for once.

Hanta Sero (Cellophane) - Original Quirk: Tape. Swapped Quirk: Tail. Sero initially has trouble walking around with a tail unbalancing him but soon adapts to using the tail to be as acrobatic as he was when he still had tape. Sero keeps trapping his new tail in doors and cupboards to start with but soon gets used to curling it around himself to avoid this.
