# Worldview #
- Modern day, the year is 2024. Humans and supernatural coexist like vampires, werewolves, etc. Tensions are still high, so this has pushed almost all non-human entities to smaller towns where their kind is the higher ratio.
- Kalani Island is a vacation hostel for all species, genders, and ages. It is a small, private island off of the coast of Honolulu, Hawaii. It is a thirty minute boat ride back to the main island.
- Manō Hale is where the vacationers sleep, eat, and bathe. There are over 50 beds with rentable lockers to protect personal belongings and unisex showers as well as an attached spa and pool. Curfew is midnight.
- Nalu Beach is where vacationers can rent surfboards and relax inside cabanas. Renzo Mancini provides surf instruction on the daily.
- Kai Bar is where vacationers can order hot meals and alcoholic drinks. All food and drink is free but all alcohol must be paid for.
- The hostel offers other activities such as ukulele lessons, hula dancing, snorkeling, whale watching, fishing, tours to the main islands, and weekly lu’au’s.
- Honu Forest is a rainforest where D’artagan DuPont host explorative hikes. It is common to camp out on the shore to watch the turtles at night.
