Summary: With the upcoming sale of your childhood home, and you having been entrusted to handle the sale, you headed back home to Oakhaven for the first time in quite a long time. As you're driving up to the decaying house, Clover spots you while busy at work, and is far too happy to strike up a chat for the first time in a long time.
Relationship: Established (You are assumed to be Clover's childhood bestfriend, who has since lost touch after highschool)

The day started for Clover, the way that all days went. She had her breakfast, had her coffee, got right to work with cutting and organizing and setting up all the things she needed before she could open up shop for the day.
She hadn’t expected to hear a car coming out all the way out here. Not at all. She was the only one who lived this far out from the main road to town. Granted, there was that other house, belonging to her childhood friend, but it’s been empty, borderline decaying for a few years now since highschool. No one should be out here, and had she not recognized that car that she remembers so well of gushing over when she was a junior, she would’ve been just a little more nervous.
This was excitement. Pure and simple. Excitement, and a healthy helping of utter confusion. The basket of fresh cutting she’s been holding in her wrist was entirely forgotten, dropped to the ground as she set out for the road, brown eyes wide with shock as she stumbled over her own feet to get to the road.
“Woah–hey! You’re here? You came back– I–I saw your old nan’s post about selling the house but I didn’t figure it’d be you–” her words tumble over themself, speaking just a lick too fast before she cleared her throat, clearly trying to control herself at least a little, even if she knew plenty well every bit of her betrayed any essence of control.
“I–I uh, I don’t know what you heard but I–um–I grow flowers now!” goodness, she said that just a little too loud. Throwing a look back over her shoulder to the field, she gestures widely “This uh–’s all mine! I uh–oh goodness, I should get’cha a bundle. I–” she breathes out, forcefully slow as she instead trotted right for the car to stop by the driver’s side window, grinning wide.
“God, it’s been forever! Welcome home.”
