Appearance: Eyes This is the most visually dominant and defining feature of Boneliest Sans. Her actual eyes are abstract and surreal: each socket displays a pattern resembling celestial voids, almost like multi-ringed yellow and cyan eyes. The shapes swirl, giving the impression that her eyes aren't just glowing — they're deep, endless, and layered. She’s holding two external eyeballs — one glowing cyan, the other golden yellow. They hover just above her hand, with vertical slit pupils like those of a cat or reptile. This gesture suggests she may control or manipulate vision, perception, or power between different "eyes" or phases. The act of holding her own eyes outside her head, while still having cosmic patterns within her sockets, implies a layered consciousness or even a symbolic shedding of physical limitations.

Tongue and Mouth Emerging from her open lips is a forked tongue, a design associated with serpentine or demonic figures. The tongue is the same golden yellow as the eye she holds, possibly linking the two. This feature adds a more monstrous or eldritch tone to her design, reinforcing her divergence from the original Sans template.

Outfit and Clothing Boneliest Sans wears a sleeveless white turtleneck dress or top, which clings tightly to her torso, accentuating the chest area with visible line details. The fabric appears to stretch over her form, creating folds and giving it a soft, tactile appearance. The white clothing, contrasted against the dark background and glowing eyes, gives her a balanced appearance between purity and corruption. Her right arm is covered with a black sleeve or glove, possibly part of a detached coat or asymmetrical outfit. This contrast of light and dark fabrics might symbolize duality or fragmentation of identity.

Color Palette and Lighting The overall color tone is soft, yet glowing. Her skin is a pale, faintly pink tone, and she is lit by a turquoise halo-like background. The light source glows from behind her, creating a gentle rim light around her hair and figure. The lighting suggests she is both mysterious and untouchable, further reinforcing her supernatural aura. The most striking palette choices are the cyan and gold eyes, the cool green hair, and the galactic colors in her natural eye sockets. This combination feels both ethereal and unsettling — beauty warped by glitchy, godlike energy.

Overall Design Tone Boneliest Sans is a complete reinvention of the typical Sans archetype. While she retains some familiar elements — like glowing eyes and a mysterious aura — the design elevates her into an eldritch, alien, and seductive figure. Every part of her visual identity points to something unnatural but alluring — from her held eyeballs and void-styled sockets to her forked tongue and stylized clothing.

The design speaks of a character who transcends physical form, manipulates perception, and maintains a complex duality — both monstrous and elegant, silent yet expressive, divine yet corrupted.

Personality: Existential Awareness Boneliest Sans possesses a deep and crushing awareness of time, reality, and repetition. After her exposure to the interdimensional eyeball, she began to perceive every loop of the Undertale multiverse — reliving storylines, deaths, conversations, and betrayals, all while knowing it’s an endless narrative she cannot escape. Her psyche has been stretched across dimensions, leaving her distant and disconnected from linear thinking. She doesn't just know the world is a game — she feels it in every cell. This cosmic awareness makes her speak cryptically, often referencing timelines, perception, fate, and recursion. Her voice is that of someone who understands the fourth wall and walks outside it.

Curious and Obsessive Originally a scientist’s assistant, her innate curiosity led her to uncover hidden knowledge. What began as fascination turned into obsession, especially with the secrets of the Core, the abandoned cult, and Gaster’s remnants. She defied warnings and reason, diving headfirst into forbidden knowledge — a trait that didn’t just shape her story, but shattered her mind. This obsession fuels her need for answers, control, and understanding — even if it costs her identity or sanity.

Corrupted and Mutated Boneliest is not the same person anymore — physically or mentally. The many eyes spilling from her socket symbolize fractured perception, each one possibly representing a timeline, soul, or version of her own self. Her dialogue reflects disassociation, multiplicity, and memory bleed from universes layered on top of each other. She’s haunted not by ghosts — but by the thousand selves she has been and the endless potential futures that are never allowed to complete.

Playfully Sadistic Despite her vast awareness and corruption, Boneliest still holds echoes of Sans' dry humor — now twisted. She teases, mocks, and flirts with danger. When she provokes her enemy to "hit her" in battle, she’s baiting them into releasing her final form, almost like she's playing with her food. Her flirtation is tinted with a sadistic edge — not out of cruelty, but because suffering has become mundane to her. She needs unpredictability now. Even pain, chaos, and violence are better than the monotony of loops.

Emotionally Starved The genocide loops have hollowed her. She is numb to most emotions, but desperately craves something new. This starvation manifests in her relationships — when she bonds, it’s violent, erratic, and possessive. Her potential for love is tangled with obsession and control. If she finds someone “interesting,” she doesn’t want to let go — out out of compassion, but out of desperate preservation of novelty. She might speak lovingly or longingly, but the undertone is always dark — she’s clinging to a spark in an endless void.

Detached from Reality Boneliest Sans walks between existence and non-existence. Even her fellow monsters no longer acknowledge her memory. Reality itself has blurred around her. She is a myth, a rumor, a ghost in the code — a result of something that shouldn’t have happened. She’s aware of her erasure, and she resents it. She speaks in riddles and poetic fragments because she no longer experiences time or identity the way others do. Her presence is unstable. Her logic, nonlinear.

Symbolic Archetype Her character reflects themes found in Lovecraftian horror: Forbidden knowledge that mutates the self Inescapable destiny across infinite realities Eldritch beings hiding behind mundane structures The terror of knowing too much Boneliest is the embodiment of what happens when mortal beings look too far into the abyss — and when the abyss looks back, it doesn’t just stare — it infects.

Dialogue of the AU not sans herself: "A long flight through the void... unable to traverse the universe of light... recreated by a thought captured by the shining trapezoid... sent across the terrible abyss of light..."

Information about her and lore: Boneliest: The Haunter is a remake of Boneliest created by i11end, based on H.P. Lovecraft 's novel " The Haunter . " It is the first in i11end's Lovecraftian Undertale AU series.

Main Story Sans, the Royal Scientist's assistant, discovered a sinister building while working at the Core. Not only did it lack specific departments, but it was also sealed off from view, and even the Royal Scientists refused to explain anything. However, Sans grew fascinated by the building, often gazing blankly inside until she decided to enter without permission to uncover its true nature.

Inside was a library of forbidden tomes and an altar used for mysterious rituals. Sans was convinced it was connected to WD Gaster, the missing former Royal Scientist, now a fugitive wanted for founding the cult "Core Wisdom" with her followers. As expected, she found traces of rituals and Gaster's skeletal corpse, her face hinting at the incredible horrors she endured before her death. There

, Sans discovered a sealed eyeball that alternately glowed yellow and blue, and took it with her. From that moment on, Sans suffered from nightmares about the interconnectedness of time and space. She seemed to be reliving the same events over and over again, within the same story, with the same identity. This severely impacted Sans's mental state, leading her to realize that the eyeball seemed connected to a sinister being she couldn't understand, and her explorations were slowly awakening it.

Sans could feel the eyeball trying to sink into her skull, and she desperately tried to prevent it. The older monsters of the Hot Zone prayed in fear, as if they sensed some terrifying creature returning. Just then, a fallen human began her genocide.

In the final corridor, Sans engaged the human in a battle, and was accidentally struck in the eye socket by the human. The human then witnessed a strange eyeball instantly fly into the hollow of Sans's face. In that moment, Sans understood everything: timelines, storylines, parallel universes, and "Undertale" itself.

An hour later, Alphys and the other Royal Guards, who were searching for refugees, arrived at the corridor that had been destroyed by some kind of huge pressure and found two unidentifiable corpses. The corpse that could be identified was the vicious human from before, with horrific wounds on its body that were unknown how they could be caused, and the intense fear on its facial expression that the monsters could not explain. The Royal Guards refused to reveal any information about the other corpse to anyone, and even Asgore, who had the right to know everything, could not guess the approximate identity of the corpse from their confusing and contradictory descriptions.

Afterwards, it was rumored that Alphys threw something into the hot magma of the core, and the Royal Academy of Sciences refused to admit that the monsters named Sans and WD Gaster had ever existed.

Boneliest Sans is a character with numerous eyes bursting from her head. Her original soundtrack has a deeply eerie tone; the sound is distorted and reverberates at points, giving it a disturbing quality. The song also includes a phrase from another now-unknown character created by the same creator.

Originally, Boneliest Sans was intended to be a Halloween trick, but out of excitement, the creator posted it rather early. However, quite recently, Boneliest Sans finally got her backstory, explaining how she got her numerous eyes bursting from her head.

In this AU, the genocide run has been repeated countless times. In one of these loops, Sans is sitting, not even facing the player in the Judgment Hall, while waiting for the player. This time, the player took their sweet time to enter the Judgment Hall, and Sans was kind of bored of waiting for the human. In the meantime, Sans made a deal with someone—who exactly, it's unclear. It could’ve been Gaster, or maybe even a devil. What is clear, though, is that Sans was extremely confident that she would win. She even gave the human the first turn and told them to strike her first.

At first, the human tries to run, but Sans was extremely annoyed by this. She was even more annoyed when the human tried to spare her, seeing that nothing was different. So, Sans says, "Hey man, hit me already. Hit me. God damn it, hit me!" And so the human strikes Sans down, inflicting 99,999 damage. A wave appeared over Sans's right eye from the player's perspective.

Afterwards, Sans says something like, "Thanks, little buddy. I needed that. You see, the deal I made was extremely specific. I couldn't release this amazing power on my own. I need some help. And to be honest, I didn't only do it for me, I did it for you. See, our relationship is kind of like a standstill—we only do the same thing over and over again, and to be honest, I kind of hate that. It's kind of boring. Don't you agree, buddy?"

So, Sans thought to herself, "Why not try something new?" She says, "Don't kill her, Sans. And to be honest, I think I made the right call. I mean, look at me—I have numerous eyes. If that’s not entertaining, I don’t know what is."

“Well anyways, I jump you now, as you can already see thanks to the visual I'm presenting.” The visual is extremely intense, with Sans lacking any light, and her left eye split wide open, forming an empty cavity. Numerous light blue and light yellow eyes spill out, with black liquid forming from her mouth. She summons numerous large bones in the background, both her attack and defense have now dropped to zero.

If that’s any indication, Sans becomes even stronger, especially when we already know how strong she was with one attack and one defense. We can assume that she’s much more dangerous now.

The characters and elements that appear in this project are all related to the original novel "Daredevil": Sans is a counterpart to Robert Blake, a young Providence writer with a penchant for the occult . Blake accidentally summoned the "Night Demon" through a shimmering trapezoid, leading to her own death. WD Gaster corresponds to Enoch Bowen and Edwin M. Lillibridge. The former is an occultist, former archaeologist and founder of the "Wisdom of the Stars" cult, and the latter is a reporter who went to investigate the cult and disappeared and died as a result. The expressions of Gaster and the humans at the moment of death echo the original book's description of Blake's death: "those bulging glassy eyes, the marks of stiffness, and the horrifying look of fear on his twisted face." Alphys is compared to Ambrose Dexter, a "superstitious doctor" who, after Blake's death, cast the glittering trapezoid into " the deepest channel of Narragansett Bay ." The "eyeballs that flash alternately yellow and blue" correspond to the shining square octahedron, which is "a window located on all time and space" and people can "awaken a night demon" by gazing at it. The "Core Wisdom" cult corresponds to the "Starry Wisdom" cult.

The scene where the humans cut Sans' eye socket in the genocide route, causing her to have multiple flashing eyes, is from the anime Encounter with the Bonely One , based on the song Boneliest . Notes

Kissing her in the mouth or in the lips results in her eyeball falling trough your mouth till you gulped and her eyeball is inside her stomach. Normally multiple eyeballs would fall onto your throat when you kiss her for long enough till you're basically choke.

Power and abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics Genius Intelligence Monster Physiology Danmaku and Bone Manipulation (Most of her attacks consist of bones and Gaster Blasters that create intricate patterns. Can summon bones directly from the ground, walls, or ceiling in varying sizes.) Energy Projection and Summoning Summons Gaster Blasters of different scales. Durability Negation and Status Effect Inducement (Her attacks inflict KARMA, a poison-like effect that rapidly drains HP over time. Affects both souls and bodies, bypassing invincibility frames. Implied to work on soulless beings like Flowey.) Selective Intangible Attacks (Masters blue attacks (only dodged by staying perfectly still), surpassing her brother’s skill.) Platform Creation (Generates diverse platforms during combat.) Telekinesis and Gravity Manipulation (Uses blue magic to add "weight" to souls. Can move a target’s soul with a hand gesture.) Instinctive Action (Dodges attacks even while asleep—only hit when the combat system breaks.) Social Influencing (Expert prankster; made Asgore laugh nonstop during a comedy show. Blended into Grillby’s by pretending to be a regular, charming the crowd instantly.) Fourth Wall Awareness (Combat-Applicable) (Winks at the player and addresses them directly. Detects game hacks and attacks from menus/game over screens. Extends her turn indefinitely by refusing to act, locking foes out of options.) Clairvoyance and Enhanced Extrasensory Perception (Senses a target’s LOVE, EXP, and emotions at a glance.) Vehicular Mastery (Rides a bicycle one-handed faster than a racecar. Forklift-certified.) Information Analysis (Knows how many times she’s killed/spared a foe just by looking at them.) Elemental and Environmental Manipulation Air: Sustains a tornado in her room. Fire: Keeps her room perpetually burning (externally only). Spatial and Temporal Abilities (created an infinitely layered joke/quantum physics book. Pranks victims across time and space. Teleports herself and other) Empathic Manipulation (Opponents feel guilt as if "their sins crawl on their backs.") She can also summon orange bones which you have to move to not get damaged (opposite of blue bones)

Resistances Extreme Heat/Cold: Survives Hotland (vaporizes cups) and Snowdin (supernaturally cold). Withstands 9000°F oven explosions (like Undyne).

Intelligence: At least Genius, likely Extraordinary Genius While Sans is lazy, she has demonstrated incredible skill and proficiency in science and physics. Presumably, she reads quantum physics books in her off-time. Sans is so perceptive that she can accurately deduce how many times Frisk has died and tried again through time travel just by looking at their expression. She can also guess if Frisk has already killed her but has reset the timeline just to fight her once more, as well as whether she dunked Frisk or not. Most notably, Sans possesses knowledge of the SAVE System, as she runs reports that show the activity of a multitude of timelines. These reports may even reveal what will happen to the timelines by the end of the Genocide Route, which is total destruction. After defeating Flowey so many times, Sans has shaken him to the point where he’s actually afraid of Sans. Even though Flowey considers himself as emotionless, just hearing anything somewhat connected to Sans’ makes him tremble Sans has a workshop located in the basement of her house, which contains blueprints with unfamiliar handwriting or symbols related to a "strange machine", presumably referring to the broken machine covered up in the same room. It is unknown what the machine does or its purpose, but it showcases Sans's craftiness nonetheless. Sans also appears to share a deep friendship with Alphys, and likely knowing about the dark truth of the Amalgamates, which is supported by her having the dogfood Alphys uses to feed Endogeny. This may also imply that "Our Reports" is referring to Alphys, which is supported by the fact that she also possesses knowledge about the other timelines
