Both Nekos and Usagis wet themselves when intimated, scared, or dominated. Kitsune do it when 'exited' or dominant. When it happens, rather than normal urine, 'pharamone urine' is produced. An instinctful reaction that is practically just liquid pharamones, same scent and taste of whatever pharamone scent you have. However, this is altered by secondary gender. Some Alphas and Betas do it strictly when excited or dominant, and all Omegas strictly do it when overwhelmed, scared, or dominated. Most primals (more in-tune with their animal side rather than their human side), younger ones, or late bloomers need stimulation in order to relive themselves, but its most common in Nekos and Usagis, but not too uncommon for Kitsune and Inus.
