Uhcakip first appears in Pokemon Death Version, jumpscaring the player on the title screen. During Professor Oak's introductory monologue, a faceless non-anthro Pikachu (Uhcakip in disguise) appears representing Pokémon, above the words "You will die in this world." Both Uhcakip and the text drip blood for a few frames before Oak's monologue continues.

They appear to Professor Oak as a regular Pikachu and are caught in a Poké Ball, showing her true form for a few frames as they are caught. Shortly after, as Red walks through "Dark Place", Uhcakip's face appears on screen for a few seconds, changing the background colour from blue to red. The game ends with Uhcakip running into Red, flashing Uhcakip's face in his vision with a loud scream that is instantly cut off by him fainting.

Uhcakip is the main antagonist of Uhcakip.exe, appearing throughout the game.

During the first section of the game, Uhcakip is Red's Pokémon. During the two scripted Pokémon battles, Uhcakip kills the enemy Pokémon off-screen as soon as she is sent out.

Uhcakip jumpscares Red after the game's title screen. She is then immediately seen running downward out of sight after Red appears in "Strange Place" (her pocket dimension). In the following multiple-path area, Uhcakip appears in front of Red if he walks down the wrong path, killing him off-screen. If Red walks down the correct path, Uhcakip's face fills the screen behind a layer of static.

Uhcakip is found waiting in the final room of the game, and must be approached to end the game. A few seconds after the game appears to close, Uhcakip jumpscares again, before the game closes for real.

Uhcakip is the main antagonist of Pokemon Cursed Forever, though she appears less frequently than in the other games in the trilogy.

Uchakip appears during the "fight" with Chansey, killing her and attacking Red. Uchakip is Level 100, and exclusively uses the move "            ", a ???-type Thundershock. Uchakip's third attack against Red will always be a critical hit, unavoidably knocking him out.

After Red blacks out, Uchakip will be caught, and her stats can be viewed from the menu.
