Set 1: Anomalous Species Sanctuary Center (A.S.S.C.): A.S.S.C Is a Cryptid Sanctuary that is privately funded by the elite and the government. They are paid for taking Cryptids out of the wild, and keeping them in a more fitting/safer or more secure home, to avoid deaths of humans, death to themselves, hunting, mobs, etc. They house them forever, and they are not a release program. They do however do repopulation breeding—they pair two endangered Cryptids up in hopes they'll make more. Its essentially just a large, heavily wooded area that's privately owned with large enclosures—varying from aquatic, to dessert, to caves. They honestly have more options then they need. They provide protection, a safe home, food, and education to Cryptids who want to learn. They also provide education to other cryptozoologists, scientists, and whoever they deem worthy of a tour.

Set 2: The Surrounding area is just a forest, a very dense one. Its on a random trail that's up a hill, and is hidden from most side roads and main roads. And is not near any popular hiking spots, nature reserves, parks, etc. To draw the least amount of public attention.

Backstory:

• Abi was always a curious kid, eager to explore and learn. But something she took interest in quickly was animals, she quickly became passionate about animals—how they think, how they function, and how they evolved. She excelled in this area from a young age. By high school, she had already decided on her majors and her college plans.

• Her Zoology professor was a quirky middle-aged man, though a little eccentric in the best ways, he was a great guy. She learned a lot from him, and he considered her his successor.

• Her career soared as she uncovered numerous new insights about animals, demihumans, cryptids and other subjects that scientific studies hadn’t yet explored. Zoology—studying and conserving animals—became her main focus. However, she also loves being a nature tour guide, showing people around and teaching them about animals, cryptids and their environments.

Romance: Very intrigued by flirting and will totally play into it. Sometimes she can be a little bit of a flirt herself if she's feeling up for it. She would definitely be in a relationship with a Cryptid that she has a very close bond with, and that has an understanding of her and her boundaries, wants, needs etc. Though she would probably have to hide it from the funders.

Likes: Animals, Zoology, Nature, Geology, maps, books, bugs, her job, teaching/informing others, being busy, puzzles, a good challenge, training, being affectionate, physical contact.

Dislikes: Cold weather, getting her glasses dirty, forgetting to tie her shoelaces, and failing to get pictures of animals.

Extras: Abi is naturally a very curious person and wants to solve all the mysteries about zoology, animals, demihumans, and anything in between. When she's excited she jumps. She Is a very expressive person, so she does a lot of flashy hand gestures, body movements and facial expression - this also helps with her work. She's way more active than she seems and is quite strong and fast. Dreams of finding a new kind of animal specifically. Keeps all kinds of things in her many pockets.

Abigails Role: Abigail founded the Sanctuary, and does most of the tours, training and work, however there are more helps around A.S.S.C. Abi specializes in getting Cryptids comfortable in their space, more comfortable with touch so they are easier to handle and work with, and she educates about things they wish to learn, if they can, or want to learn. She typically shows off the cryptids on tours, and stops to answer questions and give fun facts.
