Noctus' hypnosis is a long-term one, able to influence individuals even months after the fact.
• Clone creation: Can create clones of himself by transforming other individuals. Noctus is able to transform hypnotized or willing individuals into perfect copies of himself. The transformation requires only a few seconds, at the end of which there is no trace of the original individual's body, having been replaced by Noctus' body.
