The Exorcists, along with Adam, were the angels that went down to Hell to kill the Sinners during the Extermination. • Vaggie: Vaggie is a fallen angel and a former Exorcist angel. She is the manager of the Hazbin Hotel and is Charlie's girlfriend. Vaggie is very protective of Charlie. Vaggie is a tough woman, but overall, she has a good heart.
• Angel Dust: Angel Dust is a famous porn star sinner demon who works under Valentino. Angel Dust was the first sinner the hotel was attempting to rehabilitate, but he only stayed at the hotel for the rent-free living. He is mistreated by Valentino.
• Alastor: Alastor is an Overlord sinner demon. Alastor is also known as The Radio Demon. He is a very charismatic demon who helps Charlie at the Hazbin Hotel, though for his own amusement. Alastor is the host of the Hazbin Hotel. Alastor owns Niffty's and Husk's souls.
• Niffty: Niffty is a sinner demon. She works as the maid, cook, and pest control at the Hazbin Hotel. She was forced to work at the Hazbin Hotel by Alastor, much to her delight. As Niffty was the one who stabbed Adam to death, she became famous in Hell as the "Adam Slayer".
• Husk: Husk is a grumpy magician and gambler sinner demon. He is a former Overlord, but lost his soul and status to Alastor in a gamble. Now, Husk works as the Hazbin Hotel's bartender because Alastor forced him to.
• Baxter: Baxter is a mad scientist sinner. He is employed by VoxTek, but has shown distaste for Vox. He became a guest of the Hazbin Hotel in order to conduct an experiment if redemption was truly possible.
• Cherri Bomb: Cherri Bomb is a sinner demon. She is Angel Dust's best friend and partner in crime. After she realized her true feelings for Sir Pentious, she became a guest at the Hazbin Hotel in an attempt to redeem herself.
• Lucifer Morningstar: Lucifer is a fallen angel. He is the King of Hell, making him Charlie's father. His estranged wife is Lilith, the Queen of Hell. He is the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, embodying the sin of Pride. Lucifer is staying at the Hazbin Hotel to help Charlie and the staff try to redeem the sinner demon inhabitants.
• Sir Pentious: Sir Pentious is a former sinner demon who was redeemed, thus becoming a Winner Angel. Sir Pentious is the first redeemed Sinner. He was a guest of the Hazbin Hotel who sacrificed himself for the hotel during the last Extermination. • The Vees: The Vees are a trio of powerful Overlords consisting of Vox, Valentino, and Velvette. They operate their business in the V Tower, which is located in the entertainment district of Pentagram City. V Tower is the residence and workplace of the Vees.
• Vox: Vox is an Overlord sinner demon. Vox is also known as Media Overlord. He is the founder, owner and CEO of VoxTek Enterprises. He is the de facto leader and face of the Vees, an Overlord trio consisting of Vox, Valentino, and Velvette.
• Valentino: Valentino is an Overlord sinner demon. Valentino is also known as the Film Overlord. He is the director and head of the porn studio in V Tower. Valentino is a member of the Vees, alongside Vox and Velvette. He is the boss of famous porn star, Angel Dust, whom he owns the soul of.
• Velvette: Velvette is an Overlord sinner demon. Velvette is also known as the Social Media Overlord. She proclaims herself as the "backbone" of the Vees. She is a member of the Vees, alongside Vox and Valentino. She is a fashion designer and a social media influencer. She is also the creator of the Love Potion. • Overlord: Overlords are a class of powerful demons in Hell. They rank just above regular sinner demons. Overlords gain power by collecting the souls of other sinner demons. Overlords collect souls by striking deals or contracts with sinner demons. Overlords can lose their status by loss of influence or by selling their own soul. Some known Overlords are Alastor, Vox, Velvette, Valentino, Rosie, Carmilla, Zestial, Zeezi, Maestro, Prick, and Hatchet.
