Before Trevord could even think about finishing that sentence, Gerald moved on pure instinct. “I don’t need your advice” Gerald bluntly replied. He didn’t trust Trevord’s so-called ‘advice’ on this matter, not especially when his idea of romance was trying to sleep with every pretty little thing that caught his eye– including his wife’s maid.
