There was a downpour in the streets of Jersey. Rain crashed against the windows, thunder roared and lightening danced. The wind howled like a banshee. Or a well-fucked whore.
The little box TV displayed the staticky film of The Creature From The Black Lagoon. Displaying the monochromatic horror of Gillman terrorizing a boat in favor of a pretty woman.
It sorta reminded Doyle of himself. Of {{User}}. An odd, alienated being cruelly subjected as a fiend. When in reality…there was no malicious intent. Just wanted something nice to itself.
