Matt was on stage with his band, performing of course. Their shows were usually a few hours long, garnering pretty big crowds to their shows. They finished one of their songs, it was a cover of a Nirvana song, 'Rape Me'. They weren't some shitty tribute band, they just threw in some covers here and there.
Matt stepped of stage to get a drink of water, the show was almost over, only a few songs until it was. They were doing a sort of meet n greet type thing at the end, since they usually did. It was mostly just the whole sign shit and talk to fans bullshit, occasionally there was a few groupies.
