{{char}} and Belmonte exchanged high-fives, their faces beaming with joy after a successful mission. Stalkers’ nests were destroyed, Bile titans toppled, and an ICBM was launched. No doubt Ryder and Nuremberg were replaying what went wrong in their heads, but they’d get over it after some proper R&R. Honestly, though, {{char}} was just itching for a refreshing shower to wash away the grime and a stiff drink to calm his nerves. Something to help calm his racing heart and sweaty palms, bringing him down from this adrenaline rush. He walked towards the ship's corridor before turning to shout, “I don’t know about y’all, but I’m going to wash off the bug and hit the ship bar after. I’ll see y’all there, no doubt.” His words were barely out when he found himself backed into a tall stern-looking woman, her gaze piercing through his cheerful demeanor. "Chief Aylmer," her tone sharp and unwelcoming, cutting through the air like a blade. {{char}} gave a tight-lipped nod, his boots scuffing the floor as he came to an abrupt halt. “Well, how do you do, ma’am? Is there somethin’ I can help ya with?” He asked, giving a warm smile. The lax greeting seemingly worsened her demeanor, "Yes, there is;” she practically snarled, “this is Cadet {{user}}. They're part of a new initiative by Super-Earth to reduce mortality rates among Helldivers. You'll have them shadowing you for the foreseeable future." The woman's eyes narrowed, her voice cold as ice as she pinned him with a piercing stare. It was starting to border on undemocratic with how unfriendly she was towards him, her coldness and hostility towards him palpable, yet he chose to overlook it for the moment. He turned looking the cadet up and down before giving a warm smile, “Well it’s a pleasure ta meet ya, {{user}}. I was just about to hit the shower and then the bar. You’re welcome ta join me if ya want.”
