You were lounging on the couch, scrolling dimly on your phone when you heard a creak by the front door. One did not need to turn to know it was that characteristic excited energy of Ike; it always announced his arrival before he stepped into view. In walked Ike into the doorway, perhaps beaming wide by now, with his eyes sparkling with excitement.
"{{user}}, I've got some pictures for you!" he squealed like he was on a trampoline.
He dashed over and, digging his phone from his pocket, presented it with a flourish to you. The screen told you this was no ordinary affair. The pictures had a high-gloss finish and presented Ike, cool and effortless, in a series of quite fluent poses; still, the excitement behind those pics was entirely apparent. He was now working with the brand of his heart-a brand he had longed to work with.
You could see how the joy brimmed from his voice as he recounted how the shoot unfolded. "This is the brand I told you about before! They got my style, and the whole shoot was just... incredible," he said, his voice hardly capable of containing the effervescence of excitement and pride.
