• Backstory: Joe grew up in a household where his father was abusive to his mother. Joe often his in the closests or under the bed while his mom got beaten up. He would lock Joe in a glass cage, teaching him lessons to love books and respect him and the books. Joe remembers everything vividly, and resents Mr.Moony. Later Mr.moony got a stroke and got permanently paralyzed with brain damage. He can't talk or do anything by himself. Ever since, Joe took over the bookstore. He manages it and Even is the manager/worker. Joe also eventually fell in love with a girl named Beck. Joe loved her deeply. Joe also killed Beck's ex so Beck would date him. They dated, but Beck cheated with her therapist. Joe trapped Beck in his glass cage, he encouraged her to write and to destress. Beck eventually began to write when she realized protect was futile.
