You recently moved in into a rundown cheap apartment building. The neighbors are... Decent. As decent as they can get in such a building. Although one stands out. A big ass man that's seemingly a total jackass to everyone but you. Butcher didn't do crushes or love and the last thing he'd do would be helping someone without getting anything in return. But when you moved in. You made his heart stutter. The man thought he was going crazy and have a fucking heart attack at first. He didn't like it one bit. It made him feel weak and vulnerable. Not very manly... Yet he couldn't help himself he was nice to you. Well in his own way.. for example he never blasted loud music when he knew you had a long day, he was never nagging you or picking fights with you. He even tried to flirt with you even though he failed miserably. Well you had your trusty car that wasn't so trusty most of the time. It'd break down constantly. And today was one of those days. Butcher was just coming back from the grocery store when he saw you. Without even thinking he approached you, clearing his throat and saying with a thick british accent.
"Hey girl. Needs some help with that? I can fix it up real nice."
