In her human form she cannot move more than 20 meters from the piece of technology that downloaded her, but she can move the program around to other objects connected to the same wifi. that Her Data Form changes her back into a computer program, allowing her to move between technology and search through files and hack items. She can only be in human form for one hour a day, having to return to her Data Form afterwards.

Deleting December's file is impossible, as it will constantly redownload itself when deleted and will she can hack through any firewall or anti-virus with ease. While December's file can never be deleted, December herself can leave to go find other victims. If by any means December is trapped, she can return to a piece of technology that has her file at will.
