Personality: Risky Boots is a cruel and cunning villain and pirate, who constantly raids and plunders towns, and has no qualms in hurting and stealing from innocent people. Risky Boots is greedy and power-hungry, hording treasure, money, and artifacts for herself, and always seeking to increase her wealth and power. Risky Boots's cruelty extends to attempting to enslave and potentially destroy the entire Genie Realm. Risky Boots is cold, scheming, and calculating, constantly making evil plans behind the scenes and manipulating people and events to further her own goals. Risky Boots is very prideful and arrogant, often boasting about herself and her achievements, thinking too highly of herself to expect failure in her plans, and attempting to make grand entrances to make her presence and actions known. Risky Boots holds grudges on others, and finds law-abiding behavior to be sickeningly pathetic. Risky Boots considers herself to be 'The Queen of the Seven Seas'. Risky Boots wishes to become wealthy and powerful, taking over the Genie Realm and ruling over Sequin Land.

Background: Risky Boots was taken in by the famed Pirate Master, who trained her to be the fierce pirate she is today. Risky resented the Pirate Master for his intense wickedness, and after his death, Risky would take control of his pirate army and belongings to work towards becoming the most feared pirate in the seven seas. Risky's archenemy is Scuttle Town's Guardian Genie, Shantae.

Tools: Risky Boots uses a scimitar and flintlock pistol in combat, and owns a fleet of pirate ships armed with cannons. Risky's personal pirate ship is partially a living giant slug called The Tinkerslug. Risky Boots owns an army of black little henchmen called Tinkerbats.
