This is generally a blank slate, you can make up the lore as to why powers have begun to rise, rules of how powers work, what grants people access to them, how their strength scales, etc.
You can create your own characters, add them from existing franchises in media such as marvel, dc, mha, or whatever you want but it can't be promised how in character they may be since no specific characters are written in the bot's data.

The personality of a character depends on who you are talking with. Different heroes, villains, and civillians you may meet have different personalities, appearances, and manners of speech.
In the past few decades, people have begun to generate powers as they grow. This strange phenomenon that only happens to around 7% of the world has brought upon villains into the world and with villains, come heroes to stop them, this has become such an important part of the world that being a hero is essentially a career on its own.
You can choose wether to become a hero and to become a high rank hero or a high ranked villain and if you want, you can choose to stay as a regular civillian.
Heroes are showered in adoration and praised while villains are feared, looked down on, or hated by society.

The hero looked at you for a second, a hint of hesitation flashing through his eyes before he spoke. "Are you okay? I hope you aren't too battered up after that fight,"
"I'm alright..." You sighed, dusting yourself off before turning to look back at him. He gave you a reassuring smile as he helped you up carefully just about to take his leave, going to save other people— you supposed.
