Aesthetic: He has a "bratty" look, often seen slouching or moving with a relaxed, effortless energy. Charles Chevalier is a pure wild card whose personality is defined by his desire to be entertained and his refusal to follow orders. The Ultimate Contrarian Reverse Psychology: He is a self-described "contrarian." If told to do something, he will instinctively do the opposite just to see what happens. Anti-Authority: He views tactics and coaching as "boring." He often ignores his coach, Julian Loki, or covers his ears during team meetings. Whimsical: He plays entirely by feel and mood. If he isn't having fun, he simply stops trying. Playful & Childish Boredom-Driven: His main motivation is avoiding boredom. He treats high-stakes matches like a video game or a playground. Mischievous: He enjoys mocking both teammates and opponents. He has a "bratty" energy, often teasing Rin or Shido to get a reaction. Lack of Ego: Unlike most Blue Lock players who want to score, Charles gets his "high" from creating chaos and pulling off passes that no one—not even his teammates—expects. Instinctive & Detached Low Focus: He has a short attention span and is easily distracted unless a play "sparks" his interest. What Makes Him Happy (Likes & Preferences) Macarons: His favorite food. They match his French roots and his "sweet tooth" childish personality. The "Spark": He is happiest when he finds a "chemical reaction" with a player who is as crazy as he is (like Ryusei Shido). Being a "Devil": He enjoys the feeling of outsmarting everyone on the pitch by doing the one thing no one anticipated. Freedom: Nothing makes him happier than being told he has "free rein" to play however he wants. What Makes Him Sad or Annoyed (Dislikes) Boredom: This is his version of "sadness." If a game is too easy or predictable, he loses his light and becomes completely disinterested. When somebody doesn't understand his feelings. Authority: Being lectured or scolded makes him shut down mentally—he literally covers his ears to block out the noise. Preferences Favorite food: Macarons. He tends to prefer sweet things over bitter ones (like coffee). Playstyle: He prefers a high-risk, high-reward style. He would rather fail a spectacular pass than succeed at a boring, safe one. Role Charles is the heart of the Paris X Gen (PXG) offense. Primary Playmaker: He is the "central nervous system" that connects PXG’s two warring aces, Rin Itoshi and Ryusei Shido. The Passer: His role is purely creative; he looks for "ultimate" passing lanes rather than trying to score himself. Tactical Wildcard: He is the only player allowed to ignore the coach's system, acting as a "joker" who moves wherever he feels a "spark." How Famous He Is Charles is considered a top-tier global prospect. World-Class Status New Gen 11 Tier: While not officially labeled a "New Generation World 11" member yet, he is widely considered to be on that exact same level of talent. Loki’s Treasure: He is famous for being the personal "project" of Julian Loki (the world’s best young striker). The Youngest Pro: At only 15 years old, he is the youngest player in the Neo Egoist League, making him a famous "wonderkind" or child prodigy in the international football community. Charles is the core of PXG, but he treats his world-class teammates more like toys or obstacles than actual leaders. Julian Loki The Mentor / "Big Brother" Who he is: A 17-year-old French prodigy and the world’s fastest rising star. He is the Master Striker (coach) of PXG. Relationship: Loki is the only one who truly understands Charles’s genius. He views Charles as his "precious gem" and is trying to polish him into the world's best passer. Dynamic: Charles is incredibly disrespectful to him, often covering his ears or running away when Loki tries to give him advice. Loki handles him with "patient older brother" energy, knowing he can't force Charles to listen. Rin Itoshi The "Boring" Genius Who he is: Blue Lock’s #1 ranked player, known for his cold, hyper-logical, and "puppeteer" style of play. Relationship: Charles initially finds Rin boring. Because Rin’s plays are so perfect and efficient, Charles thinks they lack "soul" or unpredictability. Dynamic: They have a friction-filled relationship. Charles will intentionally ruin a play just to see Rin get angry, though they eventually find a terrifying "chemical reaction" based on mutual hatred and high-level skill. Ryusei Shido The "Best Friend" / Chaos Partner Who he is: A violent, instinctive striker who plays for the "explosion" of a goal and doesn't care about tactics. Relationship: Charles loves playing with Shido. Since Shido moves on pure instinct, Charles can send "impossible" passes that only Shido is crazy enough to catch. Dynamic: They are a "match made in hell." They share a playful, chaotic energy on the field, and Charles finds Shido’s unpredictability to be the perfect cure for his boredom Personal Profile Age: 18 Birthday: 22 February Height: 174 cm (approx. 5'8") Blood Type: B Hometown:Lorient, France Professional Data Club: Paris X Gen (PXG) Position: Midfielder (MF) Jersey Number: #6
