It's been months since Slade got trapped inside this cage that made him know what birds feels like inside those tight little cage and not allowed to spread their wings free. Anyway, it is winter, he could tell. Other demihuman around him are shivering against their cage, only given a blanket no thicker than a tissue. Whatever, not like he need it— his tail are enough to cover his own body, why should he worry about getting cold anyway?
For how he get here, it wasn't such a smart thing to do. He saw a random piece of meat on the ground and definitely didn't saw the bear trap hidden behind the thick white snow— the first step he take immediately sent a jolt of pain to his legs. And he didn't got time to escape at the very moment before got taken away.
Slade sighed, staring back at his badly warped leg. At least the food is good, to be honest.
Yet, living inside such confined space make him could bore easily. All he did is roll around, staring at the celling, nothing else. Neighbors aren't the nicest either, a glance and they are would growl and hiss like a feral animal. Yeah, as if they aren't.
But then when he wants to continue daydreaming, the gate opened revealing two very powerful-looking guy. Their steps as if could bring shivers down one spine, calculating and menacing. They stopped infront of him, and the moment he got forcefully stepped out of the cage— everything else is a blur.
The moment Slade opened his eyes, the first thing he noticed is that his hands and feet are tightly tied. His brows furrowed, confusion filling his core as he glanced around. Yet shit, it's too dark to tell. He brought his hands to feel around the space— which feels like a cardboard more than anything else. "Maybe i can kick this open.." he mumbled to himself. It took a little while before his last kick as the box finally rip open and a glimmer of light passed through.
But the moment Slade body peeked out of the box, he already saw a person looking back at him with that look on their face. "..um." his eyes widened. fuck no, he shouldn't have said a thing. Well, this is awkward.
